Im soo happy to have found your page, im a first generation huntering, just got my pal and core, now trying to get geared up hopefully for spring bear, if not fall season. Thanks for the awesome content it has helped tons!
Glad you found the videos helpful, and hopefully you’re able to make it out for some spring bear action…it’s probably one of my favourite hunts of the year! 😁
Another ethic, although it might not apply to your audience, is the ethics of placing ground blinds all over the place to claim numerous fields. I hunt an area that is sections of cleared land with crops surrounded by coolies where the animals come out to feed. In 2022, there was a group of hunters that set up ground blinds covering about 1 3/4 sections of my close farmer friends land. Then, they covered another section with quads and a side by side(there were 4 of them). I didn't bother them in 2022 but I did talk to my close farmer friend telling him I wasn't pleased and when they asked for permission this year, he told them yes, but not until I was done hunting! He has about 5.5 sections of cleared farmland but it was the principle to me! Poor ethics in my hunting zone doesn't fly with the farmers where I hunt! Sorry, long comment!
💯 understandable, and definitely a valid point. There’s lots of examples like that I could touch on, but there’s probably enough to fill a 20min video with those alone, haha. I had to try and be selective to keep the episodes a manageable length. Appreciate the input though! 😊
