Thank you so much for the tutorial. I made a teal and cream fair isle scarf for a friend for Christmas, but wanted a little bit more detail on it to stop the ends from curling. So I knitted a long strip of cable trim for the sides, but wan`t quite sure how to attach it neatly as I`m not the best at sewing - nor can I crochet. Thanks to your clear and precise instructions, the cable edging looks so neat and professional. And the rear side of the scarf looks neat and tidy too. Thanks so much...I`ve just subscribed to your channel.
Thanks so much for the video. Great instruction! I'm stitching together a HUGE blanket made up of different color squares that I knit. These techniques are going to help me finish this project and it'll look great! This is my first time knitting, so.... if you get the urge to make MORE videos, Ithat would be greatl, Thanks again!
great information.i never knew about the invisible sawing, specially to use with yarn. i am making a skirt in square pieces that needs to be joint, and was going crazy on how to do it. thanks to your video, which i found by coincidence my problem might be solved.thanks again.
You would sew pieces together especially if you are using a knitting loom and want to make a larger product than the loom allows (for example, an afghan), or if you are making something like a sweater where you need to make the different-shaped pieces separately (like the arms). I am not sure what abbreviations you are referring to, but I hope this helps!
I have a lace sect that I am adding to the bottom of a sweater that was quite long enough. One edge is straight and the added goes up and down. What seam would I use? Thank you.
Regular string used for sewing would probably be too thin and might make your final product look weird. You can get a yarn needle at any craft store or Walmart
Hmm... I have some knit gloves and the lining came loose, I pulled the thread without thinking about it so now I have no idea what the Stitch was. Any idea how I could sew the lining back on? It's very difficult to get my glove on now because I have to hold the lining open inside while I carefully get my hand through
Absolutely brilliant video. Clear, to the point and easy to follow. I'm keeping this in my TH-cam library lol. Many thanks from the UK 🌻
I refer to this all the time. It's been the single most useful knitting help video for me, and I love it. Thank you!

Hi!
What do I do when finished? Weave in the ends?
Megusta mucho los telares pero no se donde conprarlos
The needle you are using to sew the knit together ...whst is it called what would I ask for in the shop?
You could ask for a darning needle or a yarn needle. Every yarn craft shop will know those terms, and most craft stores should at least recognize one
how do you sew one soft side and one cast on side together? i'm a little confused...
@sweetfb1983 yes
Hauser and caroline
You need to work on placing your camera over what you’re doing so people can actually see the stitches
She was doing the best she could. Back off on the hate.
