Actually at 3:48 it is possible to do this uncrouched by tapping the D key to shimmer over or to slightly nudge the left stick 4:59 you can actually get past. The entire hunter secrion with the hunter launch but yknow ig if we talk no major glitches then you push the log hunter automatically shoots the log buying you time to jump on the leg sprint over to the side and jump in the mud without crouching Cafeteria skip at 7:57 pretty self explanatory you can shave off another crouch At 8:14 by jumping once against the wall will alert the teacher and she wont check behind the wall you are at but dont stand to close to the edge or she will get you you after she starts heading away jump again and after she loses interest she goes over to the door on the right and opens it saving yet another crouch At 8:30 go to the other side of the room where the window is under the table on the far right corner you can jump on the corner stand and climb up on the last table skipping the sneaking section entirely (Keep in mind that the teacher will notice and only works on the normal game version not enhanced) after she gets alert you run over under the chair north right side of the room make sure she doesn’t get you under the chair after she leaves just climb the shelf and another 2 crouches saved Edit: Conclusion if you use all of these skips and little tricks you can actually beat the game in 28 Crouches!! I did this run a little while ago but you can actually do the tall grass part crouchless you have to bait the bird out and then jump away at the exact right moment and from there it’s just timeing to make it into the hole
3:28 I mean I was thinking that’s possible as in the ln1 dlc residence you can actually go pass the lady without crouching. Learnt online did it myself. But it was only with that secret achievement book thing. So yea, that’s only with a heavy item. Your actually meant to go back after you go by the shadow kids, I’m surprised I even managed to do it.

try jumpless ps: in the spot in chapter 1 where you have to push over the log and crouch. well you didn't have to crouch you can indeed go on the log and run on it and not die. So that is a method
I wtached this before but I am rewatching it. SO when youre crouching behind the hunter you use a crouch. I have done it without crouching. If you walk really slowly you dont mkae him notice you but I think your playing PC so you cant but on Nintendo switch you can control your speed and do it.
I'm not sure if that's a thing, to my knowledge, there's a certain point where you need to crouch to move after a bit, maybe this could be the case though
ive done it twice I think on my Nintendo switch and I moved slowly enough he didn't notice me. Its possible on Nintendo swtich but I believe on PC you cant adjust that @@Puntozion
I don’t bout you but my controller didn’t like me and said “(BLEEP) YOU, YOUR GONNA CROUCH” so um….yea I died at that falling, rolling, fat log….. you can’t get very far The controller isn’t doing that anymore I think but it was like apparently making you crouch while the button wasn’t even touched so yea.
