It’s Autumn in Aotearoa NZ so we are enjoying the cooler weather…. For now at least. Yes I agree, nothing different. What I’ve noticed with all the weddings I’ve done is that all of them have different elements and wants. I cried last month as I watched my elderly couple walk down the aisle together, one partner helping the other who was having difficulty walking but really want to. It was so beautiful to watch. I love that we live in a time where we can marry who we love no matter the gender, orientation, or pronouns. It’s one of the reasons I became a celebrant.
