Friday Live: What If My Couple Are Doing Private Vows Before The Ceremony?

It's a growing trend: your wedding couple has decided to write personal vows and read them privately to each other during a first look a few hours before the ceremony.
Then the officiant gets to the part of the ceremony planning session where you ask your couple how they would like to say their vows. They say, "No, thank you. We're doing them ahead of time."
That's it? No vows during the wedding ceremony?
This really throws a lot of officiants. Mark gets asked all the time, "What if my couple are doing private vows before the ceremony? What do we do for vows? Nothing?"
You have some options to explore: from scrapping the vows-section altogether (no good!) to asking them to say the vows again in front of everyone (no good!) to better options in between.

I need help my wedding is in 10 days!!! I'm trying to final draft our script. We are doing private vows but we do want to do the traditional repeat after me vows for everyone during the ceremony. I want to say something like "the couple has decided to do price vows but we will be doing the traditional vows for family and friends" or should we just leave it and go into the traditional vows without mentioning that the couple already read private vows to each other. Any responses would be greatly appreciated!!
