Really delicious and easy Pad Thai - by far my favourite kit recipe so far. Definitely a winner for a quick dinner mid walk, comforting, spicy and filling - perfect hiking fuel.

You definitely need the 25 for some of these recipes! Don't forget about some recipes for the mini too! I can never think of things to make that will fit nicely in the mini for when I'm out and about
