Ingredients for Turai Chana Dal Curry (for 5-6 servings)
Chana Dal - 1 cup (soaked overnight)
Turai - 500 gms
Onion - 2 medium size sliced
Tomato - 3 medium size roughly cut
Garlic - 6-7 cloves chopped
Mustard Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Jeera - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon stick - 1 small piece
Small cardamom - 3
Cloves - 5
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Kadi leaves - 8-10 chopped
Green Chilli - 3 chopped
Haldi Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Dal Tadka Masala - 1 tbsp
Kitchen King Masala - 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Kasoori Methi - 1 tbsp
Salt according to taste
Water - 1 cup
