    Enjoying the making of a certain dish is as equally important as enjoying eating it. There are certain favorites of mine that I love cooking, and this is definitely one of those dishes. This Stuffed Tomato in Makhmali Gravy is one of the most delectable and rich meals I make and it only takes around 30 minutes.
    You can serve it with any bread or grain of your liking. I love to eat this with any kind of Paratha 🤤

    Ingredients for Stuffed Tomato Curry (for 3-4 servings)
    Hybrid Red Tomato - 5 pieces
    Oil - 2-3 tbsp for pan fries the tomato’s
    For Tomato Stuffing Masala -
    Oil - 1 tbsp
    Jeera - 1 tsp
    Hing - 1/4 tsp
    Onion - 2 medium size chopped
    Crushed Ginger and Garlic - 1 tbsp
    Frozen Matar - 1/2 cup
    Left over Tomato parts
    Coriander seed powder - 1 tbsp
    Haldi Powder - 1/2 tbsp
    Black pepper powder- 1/2 tbsp
    Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
    Kitchen King Masala - 1 tbsp
    Garam Masala - 1 tsp
    Paneer - 100 gms grated
    Salt according to taste
    For Gravy / Curry -
    Oil - left over while frying the stuffed tomato’s
    Ghee - 1 tbsp
    Jeera - 1 tsp
    Masala Paste - 1 small onion, 1 tomato medium size, some fresh coriander leaves stem, 10-12 cashew nuts, 5 green Cardamom, 5 Cloves, 4-5 Garlic cloves
    Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp
    Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
    Kasoori methi - 1 tbsp
    Salt according to taste
    Garnish with some fresh coriander leaves and grated paneer
