Ryanair delivers what it promises, cheap flights with additional charges for seat selection, luggage etc. I live in Canada and whenever I'm in Europe I fly Ryanair. Air Canada and Westjet, our duopoly charge for seat selection and luggage too but their fares are astronomical. As an example, I flew last year from Faro to Liverpool for 91 Euros return, including seat selection and bag fee. That's a three hour flight. In high season here in Canada one can pay 500 Euros for the same distance in Canada. I wish Ryanair would come to Canada. So, when you complain about Ryanair you probably should not come to Canada and fly internally because you really would have cause to complain. Yes, the seats are tight but I'm 6'3" and have never had a problem fitting in a Ryanair seat. Air Canada and Westjet have the same legroom for so much more money. Yes, boarding can be a rush, but pay for a seat and then there is no rush and your chosen seat will be waiting for you. So, be thankful, along with the other 1.5 Million people that fly Ryanair that you have such brilliant choice to travel cheaply to so many destinations.
Up to the end of August 20244 Ryanair carried 192 million passengers. Obviously an awful lot is people consider it to a good airline unlike some of the idiots commenting below😂

I fly a lot with them and they are lower tier in my preferences of airlines. I fly with them because they go to the places I want to go to at a price that is often (though not always) cheaper than other carriers. I consider them a fair airline that does what it says on the tin, not “good” or “excellent” in any way.

Ryanair is fine. You get what you pay for, and for a short flight they are generally reliable. Never had a problem with them although some of their destination airports are rather distant from the cities they're meant to serve. (Frankfurt Hahn!)
Whichever way you look at it Ryanair is sensationaly successful in providing affordable air fares for ordinary working people. To get away on holiday to a nice resort does us a whole lot of good, providing rest, relaxation and maybe "healing" as well. More and more peole are now able to benefit from the hard work that keeps this airline in business.
We’ve flown 5 times this year on Ryanair from our very local airport and choice of flights.All have been on time and arrived 4 out 5 times early.Experience says can’t fault them
@@FLIGAVIA as crew for ryr, 99% of them time, delays are not the airlines fault, especially in summer and winter peaks, if we get assigned a ATC restriction, we need to wait....every other airline in europe has had the same issue, be it Easyjet or Wizz....not something unique to Ryanair.
It is unfortunately the case that if you have to fly, in Europe, on many routes there is no choice but Ryanair. There is hardly any competition so motivation for them to improve is not there.
I can not imagine that Boeing has managed to keep him as a customer unless they have made an offer that he can not refuse. One so good that he can't even mention just how good it is.
Ryanair are stuck with Boeing whether they like it or not. They couldn't change to another aircraft supplier even if they wanted to because they'd just be at the back end of a very long queue.
Ryanair is no longer a low-cost airline. Their rigidity and lack of customer care when things go wrong, makes it very easy to select other airlines when there's little difference in the price.

Before Ryanair flights cost an arm and a leg. Ryanair have made cheap transport across Europe and beyond for us all. Left to Aer Lingus and British Airways we’d have gone nowhere.
Ryanair, I have flown with them for over 20 years I have never had a problem, I have had 2 flights cancelled during that time. I was refunded or rebooked no problem. Their aircraft are all constantly being updated / renewed. For me commuting around Europe 2 to 2.5 hour flights they are brilliant. Read the terms and conditions and there are no problems.
Well, perhaps Ryanair's BOEING aircraft in huge trouble is considered the world's most worst airline much like Lion air as I hated. And flying down to the last drop is not good for safety! Or some instruments don't work properly, but the flights carry on. The main thing is that the cash register rings as quickly and as much as possible. The employees even have to pay for their own uniforms. And internally there is a competition between the employees: whoever sells something on the plane as quickly as possible gets bonus points. I really don't support this kind of thing! I am a huge aviation enthusiast myself and know a bit about the scene, which is why I say no thanks to Ryanair. There are other reasons why I don't like this airline. And I'm not going along with these monopoly games. There are better airlines which are worth the money and where people are still treated as people as far as the employees are concerned.
If you're living in Europe, take the train. it's cheaper and they don't drip out of the sky, and you can get a sleeper, proper dinner,or lunch and arrive without stress!
