Great video! I've been using ProPresenter for a long time, and always love seeing other people's workflows. I always learn something new. One thing I do differently is apply the Look to each individual slide. I know you said things only change if things change, but I have found that if there is ever a need to jump from one slide to another (maybe a pastor spontaneously doing something out of order or asking to go back), the volunteers can get pretty mixed up about what is happening. If you apply the Look to every slide it is much smoother from that stand point. Again, great video, thank you, and God bless!
Love you Nathan , if you ever come to New York . I need to buy you coffee . You turned me from amateur presenter to a Pro present hahaha seee what I did there
Hey Nathan! Lovin' the videos. Question: Is there a reason that you don't just use the built in Bible? You can have everything split out and formatted to match the Themes there (I'm sure you know that already). Is it just because of your workflow?
Yes Workflow mostly. The Bibles feature is a convenience and If you are in an environment where you need to pull up scripture quick, then use that feature. Our stuff is pre-spelled out and I like for teaching team members to create the "Sermon Notes Document" that contains the scriptures they will be using. I see pastors give the reference, but don't actually provide the scripture text which leads to different translations being on the screen. You also have to purchase Bibles which isn't a lot but again makes it a convenience. For any church that needs to be spontaneous though, the Bible Feature might be a great option. -Nathan
another way to deal with scripture references is to just name the text boxes on the slide and use those same names (say verse and reference) in the theme. The Bible module does that automatically. I think it would be less work - if the Bible module is used.

Great Tip! I have also done that at times because you're correct. Sometimes, you need to jump out of order. -Nathan R

Is there a short cut to insert slide break? Or do you have to click the slide break button at the bottom every time?
Yes! Option+Enter 😀 -Nathan

Yeah, Sounds like that will work just fine. Nothing wrong with using the integrated Bible feature if that fits into your workflow. -Nathan
