    I'm currently studying sound production at college. I'm 8 months into my first year and have struggld to learn Pro Tools as I am studying from home. All our classes are zoom meetings. I still haven't gotten my hands on a mixing console. You are getting me through this course. Way more helpful than my teacher, who is a professional audio engineer for some big name acts over the last 40 years. You are better at this than him. I am learning more from you. Thank you. I know this is a 2 year old video, but I hope you know that the time you took to make this is still paying off for people. Great work.

      @@Cutty2 Lmao that's what I was thinking. I'm currently attending full sail and have become well accustomed to Logic Pro which I really enjoy using, now Im being made to use Pro Tools but I don't know how to do half the stuff I could in Logic to complete my projects. It's a shame because with the amount students pay for this school, we should receive the proper education on these things without having to search on YT.

    It's called automation, fool.
    Hahaha.
    I already know automation in Pro Tools. I must say it's very useful for wide variety of things.
    However, I came here to say that this bud is always in a good mood.
    That'll make easier for people to learn man.
    Keep doing what you do.

    Do a tutorial on automating panning. I think that's a dope effect on vocals

    • @waynewav
      @waynewav  5 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      These same tecniques can be used for panning. You simply have to move the Pan knob instead of a fader.
