Idk about Peterson and i don't believe everything about Gardner's theory, but i do look at people around me. When i see a wicked person without empathy understanding the human mind so well that they manipulate everyone around them into saying they are "good persons", i think they are smart in their own way. People that know how to multi-task and manage effectively everything around them (domestic chores, money, papers..) look really intelligent to me. When I'm with someone that has a lot of common sense about manual tasks and do everything well with their hands, they seem clever.
