Located right next to the Belgravia Estate and Great Eastern Highway. We actually have a couple of videos about the Bel-Air development on our account, we think it is a great place for an investment as it looks like Belmont is going to be an up and coming area!

I think rich peoples are living because I can see many double storey houses

We've always lived north of the river. If we had the money we would move to Peppermint Grove 😎
