You would think with all the spinning video I look st, I would get tired of it, but nope! I loved this box and now i'm inspired to comb those locks and weave with some rainbow yarn!

So glad 8ICame across your video. I was confused at first. I have the July box and it not the same. Then I realized it was from last year. I have some undyed locks and now know what to do with them. Very pretty yarn. Thank you.

You're welcome! We could make an entire video on all the different things one could do with locks. Check out our blog tutorial for another fun way to incorporate locks into your yarn :) blog.paradisefibers.com

Please, never comb towards your body! This is very dangerous, as the combs are extremely sharp. There is a proper technique which is to turn the stationary comb upside down in order to get at the fiber on the other side, instead of turning the moving comb towards yourself.
    Please stay safe!

This is def not an ideal combing technique- but we are all on a learning journey! Learn and grow! So wonderful that we can all share like this and learn together. I have never spun on a wheel and am just learning at 33 to spin on drop spindles, and I am so grateful for this community, all it knowledge, and the welcoming way in which we support each other in the carrying on knowledge, and recapturing the knowledge of ancestors and creating new traditions at the same time!
