My 2015 edge titanium still runs strong. Best car ever. 75,000 miles but still feels brand new. Cooling seat, heated seat, front camera, sony 13 speaker audio, panoramic sunroof, foot sensor to open the trunk, sports mode can get you zero to 60 in less than 4 seconds. Fully loaded. Has everything I need. Even has a secret compartment for my glock 19.
Theres no denying it,ford has truly stepped up its vehicles these days.i love this vehicle,i drive a 2014 focus titanium which is super nice as far as im concerned, and also was alot nicer that what honda or toyota had to offer as far as i was concerned also.
I like how you take your time to review the vehicle. I'm officially subscribed to your channel and hope to get the same attention to details in your other reviews. Great work!
Very Nice Job on this review. I just purchased one of these vehicles and your video fills in a number of gaps and answered a lot of the questions I had. Complete, and very well done. Thanks!
I absolutely loved your video! I am looking for a new suv and currently in the research stage. I work long hours and do not have nearly enough time to go visit each and every lot of the cars I am interested in. I have watched several different videos and yours was the only one that made me feel as though I was actually in the car myself, as you covered all of the nooks and crannies. I noticed a lot of comments stating it was too long and I would have to disagree. For someone like me who is big on detail I don't think it was long enough:)
The compartment on the top of the dash is usually used for sunglasses, at least from what I've seen. Great review! Really detailed, and I enjoyed that!
Mike great job on info on the edge I have bought nothing but ford's all my life I had a 2013 edge and when the titanium came out in 2015 I bought one love the car a lot different from my 2013
Also another nice feature is the hatch button on the dash will close the hatch, so you don't have to jump out at a light because you accidently pushed the hatch button... lol
I like the fact that Ford is going in the right direction for design and quality but this pass Sunday I was looking at some of the new Ford models and saw a Edge for $46,000 that is crazy. I've could see that price for a Mustang or even a top the line Expedition.
Hey I have this car and i just love all the fun features of this car i have not tried the sport feature yet and i think it is the best car i ever bought i have tried the 2024 edge and it does not top this one and no cooling seats in the 24' that is not good and not sun run yea it has a big screen which i think is really a distraction in my opinion but if anyone want a good car buy this one . Loving my Edge Titanium thanks for this review
When you turned on the cooled/ventilated seats in this video, did the back portion cool you off in addition to the bottom? Any comments about the cooling seats? Thanks.
Mike, if I may offer just a bit of constructive criticism. I know different people like different types of reviews; someone already mentioned Alex Dykes. SaabKyle is another, who while dramatically different from Alex, can provide useful information. So while I don't think you need to try to copy (or shouldn't copy) anyone, I would recommend working on being short and concise. I think the vast majority of people grasp how keyless entry, parking sensors, etc. operate and it would shorten the length of your reviews without losing any substance, if you simply mentioned they are available and left it at that. Subjective opinions are another issue; "this looks really nice" or "this feels really soft" isn't the same or as useful as "all major touchpoints utilize soft touch plastics". Third and last, maybe develop a short outline of what you're going to say, to minimize the grasping for words. Not a script per se, just the key points you want to make pertaining to the vehicle to minimize the "uh...uhh...the umm..." kind of stuff. You seem like a super nice guy and I don't to come across as overly critical, just offering my feedback. Thanks for your videos!
***** Thanks Greg, I really appreciate your feedback... I agree with most of your suggestions. I am definitely working on being more concise and saying "Umm" all the time... while at the same time not sounding like a script-reading-monotone robot :) - Car features have changed a lot just in the past few years while the average age of cars on the road in the US is 11.5 years. fortune.com/2015/07/29/cars-average-age/ - If a person is trading in their 2003 for a 2015 then there is a good chance that they don't know what a proximity key is or how convenient the Bluetooth/voice recognition system can be... not to mention having a touchscreen staring at them while they are driving. I got in the car business in April 2013 and I knew absolutely NOTHING about any of these features. - Since I can't possibly know the knowledge level of the audience I try to explain each feature as if I am talking to a 15 year old that is getting their driver's license and driving for the 1st time. Car experts already know most of the stuff I go over however they can skip to the parts they want if they choose to watch my videos at all. - Thanks again Greg for your feedback! Please feel free to criticize my videos... It helps me understand a different point of view and hopefully improve!
I do have a question.. Does the LED running lights turn on automatically when the car is started in the new version or do you still have to use the parking lights to have the LED running lights on as well? If i'm not mistaking I've seen the Sport version 2015 do so
I think he does a very good videos, if you want to buy a new car, you don't have to read the manual, because you have this guy that explains everything you need to know before buy a car, he explains very good i think, and that's why he does this videos.
If you go to a dealer that sells fords, you could get an answer to that. Most likely it may sell under a different name. I know that the escape sells as the Kuga in Europe. ..:)
Oh, I did have one question, regarding opening/closing the tailgate. Q: Can only the person using the remote key open all doors? I wouldn't want just anyone having the ability to open my tailgate. Sorry, if this is a silly question, but I had to ask it anyway.
+Jiten Roy Can you show me on the window sticker what you are referring to? www.inventory.ford.com/services/inventory/WindowSticker.pdf?vin=2FMTK3K82FBB11180
do all titaniums have sunroofs? i really like this car but im scared to buy a car with so much technology.... i mean im only 27 but i don't know too much technology scares me...
MikesCarInfo Thanks for the quick reply. No I didn't mean you copied anyone nor I meant any disrespect. I meant a review must be concise and short with lots of new info. I learned some new things from your review, but in 38 min? Besides, giving the specs sheet in a review is not that useful since anyone can find them on the manufacturer's website. Giving subjective info and personal opinion such as how you like the black leather or the new design is not usually found in a professional review unless it emphasizes design languages or reflect of a positive feature. People like me who turn to TH-cam like to learn about some details that pictures don't show since no one can test drive all cars. The materials used under the dash, how quiet the car is campared with other competitors, how different the new My Ford Touch is compared with the slow laggy previous version, etc. All in a 5-10 min video would be great. Thanks again and I'll watch your other reviews...

0-60 in 4 seconds lol My SHO does 5 seconds. No way you do 4 seconds

Just bought this vehicle used with a bit over 28k miles. Still learning all the fab features, but I love it! Thanks for the review.
Thank you... Please share this video if you can :)
How do I get the navigation SD card?

+queenie twoseven Thanks Queenie! I compose my videos with people like you in mind.

+Rosa Feliciano Thanks Rosa!
My favorite Ford SUV! Awesome job Mike.
Mike great job on info on the edge I have bought nothing but ford's all my life I had a 2013 edge and when the titanium came out in 2015 I bought one love the car a lot different from my 2013
is the sunroof the same size on both generations?
it is a great suv. but without last sync up date
Sweet! My next ride!

Appreciate your in depth look at car. Keep up the good work.🚘😄
Good review !
Mikes Auto Reviews Almost as good as yours... Thanks!
Thanks mike for the info cant wait for end of year
Nelson Victory Thanks for watching Nelson!
The top storage.. During summer.. Baking cookies!! During winter.. Keep ice in there.
Ford.Car.Reviews Oh ok, I was wondering what it was for. Thanks!

I have that same exact car and color too but don’t have remote start or cooled seats
Can you do a review of the 16, I really wanna know the differences between the 15 and 16
+Kiana Johnson I'll try. Thanks for the suggestion Kiana!
When you turned on the cooled/ventilated seats in this video, did the back portion cool you off in addition to the bottom? Any comments about the cooling seats? Thanks.
Looking to buy one used, thanks for the review
Ayyo I’m doing the same!
Nice vehicle. How much can i have this now?

Can you do a video on the 2015 Ford Edge titanium at night.
Wonder why they took away the climate controls in the right instrument panel screen.
Climate control blue was fully open the screen display, that's why it looked like it was not there in the bottom right corner.
Good review! Has Ford said when the 2016 Edge will be coming out? The 2016 will
have the new Sync in it.
Lee62bt In the next few weeks I think.
Very detailed, thank you
Im getting one tomorrow
I got one today
Please review a 2015 Edge Sport
Chris Miller Thanks for the suggestion. I go back to Conway Ford this Friday and hopefully they will have one.
Please is this car fuel economical and what's the price of the vehicle?
best review !! thank you
Great video,thanks

Juliën Bernard I think they will turn on when the vehicle is in Drive when the automatic headlight function is selected.
MikesCarInfo Has it always been so? I do have a Ford Edge SEL 2011 and never tried turning the Auto Light on during day time
Juliën Bernard I don't know about the 2011... you can try it.
does anyone know if Ford are going to start selling this in uk anytime soon
i really like this car
Yes they are sometime in 2016! Look on ford website! :)
Mike I like your video but Its too long after Saabkyle04. Saabkyle04 Doesn't do other 2015 Ford cars he did only 2015 F150 and 3 2015 Mustangs
What part of the video should i have deleted in order to make it shorter?
I think he does a very good videos, if you want to buy a new car, you don't have to read the manual, because you have this guy that explains everything you need to know before buy a car, he explains very good i think, and that's why he does this videos.
Does anyone know if this particular model has apple carplay?
How is this car for taller people? I'm looking at one but I'm 6'2
I’m 6’4” and an upright double bass player. Perfect car for me and plenty of room for tall drivers or passengers!
I hate the AC/Sounds buttons layout. Compare to Nissan Murano....Night and Day.
do a ford edge night vid
When is it available in Australia
If you go to a dealer that sells fords, you could get an answer to that. Most likely it may sell under a different name. I know that the escape sells as the Kuga in Europe. ..:)
+SuggestiveSquirrels Opposite. European Kuga now sells as Escape over here :)
vadimus2007
Really?...well that is good to hear :) I prefer the name Escape over Kuga anyway.
Oh, I did have one question, regarding opening/closing the tailgate. Q: Can only the person using the remote key open all doors? I wouldn't want just anyone having the ability to open my tailgate. Sorry, if this is a silly question, but I had to ask it anyway.
+Renee “Amethyst” Parker Yes you have to have the key with you.
Thank you, Mike!
+MikesCarInfo you missed the auto park feature
+Jiten Roy Can you show me on the window sticker what you are referring to?
www.inventory.ford.com/services/inventory/WindowSticker.pdf?vin=2FMTK3K82FBB11180
MikesCarInfo
its not about the window its about the auto park feature
its a button like this [a steering wheel by the letter P]
In that top pocket on the dash have my sunglasses cleaner and little cloths
Is the ford edge coming to the uk
Nelson Victory Sorry Nelson... I don't have an answer to your question.
Nelson Victory Before the end of 2015 i have heared

do all titaniums have sunroofs? i really like this car but im scared to buy a car with so much technology.... i mean im only 27 but i don't know too much technology scares me...
You should probably just buy a Prius
2014 edge sports look wayyyy better
👍
you put your phones or your cd or just some nick nacks you make have
Wish i had your job
Anyone with a camera/cell phone and a car can do it :)
Really i can go into any Ford dealer and they are going to give me a 2017 edge for me to drive etc with no problem at all ? YA RIGHT
When you went to the Ford dealer and asked to film the car in the parking lot what did they say?
hey buddy, watch some reviews first before you decide to review a vehicle...Alex on Autos is great example.
Payman most Alex does a great job reviewing cars however I fail to get your point. Do you suggest I copy other people?
MikesCarInfo Thanks for the quick reply. No I didn't mean you copied anyone nor I meant any disrespect. I meant a review must be concise and short with lots of new info.
