Please, please show us Great Zimbabwe in Masvingo. I tried to get there when I was in Zimbabwe and South Africa a few years ago. A visit by you will provide the journey I missed. The construction is similar. The racist Rhodesians had every explanation - from israelis to Aliens but Africans could not have done this.

The Matebele in Lesotho, Ndebele in Mpumalanga and Matebele in Zimbabwe are surely same people.

Great Zimbabwe are the 2nd oldest archeological sites in Sub Saharan Africa after the Pyramids etc etc - much more impressive than Khami on a much more grand scale.

If you get a chance check out Adam's Calendar in Mpumalanga province in South Africa, an ancient monolithic structure believed to be the oldest man-made structure on earth. It's thought to have served a similar role to Stonehenge, allowing people to do astronomical tracking of the star constellations and seasons. Unfortunately it isn't something that is talked about the way it deserves to be.

@@africaine4889 I'm extremely disappointed at the way the tourism department in SA has completely neglected the importance of that site. It's literally the oldest known man made astronomical site that predates Stonehenge by thousands of years but most people, even here in SA, have never heard of it. Very disappointing.

Generally, I think history of black people in Africa is highly diluted by European people, the history of black people is not written, is oral history, this left big chance that some European like Malcolm Guthrie will come with their own theory and many people today take as gospel truth, today when you check from scholars about the history of any African language, there is high chance that their foundation of debate will be base of history written by European people and oral history of Black people themselves is non existence

These are literally my ancestors. My totem is Moyondizvo/Dehwa. We were trading with the Arabs and the Chinese 400 years before Europeans had even made contact with Africa. Its time to take our history out of the racist Euro lens its been forced into for the last few hundred years.

Mzilikazi is a colonial lie...any evidence of his ancient dwellings or city ??. He was in Mpumalanga province, then his lieutenant lobengula who took over after his death and a white pal crossed the river , it was not the first white crossing from the south and they were already white traders in that territory- 1350-1850 from the north west and the east. The history manufactured by a white race to make it superior to another European race...and make a slave poacher (the profits) holier and superior to discover the falls that has been in existence for millions of years to the locals and to nature. That is Kami City not Bulawayo which is in KwaZulu. Kama means milking cows , shona cows and milk...not lobengula cows , a white lobengula settler and a Nguni plantation , the plant and rule racism we still have this day. Such ancient stone builts are in Botswana too , the other side of the colonial demarcation.
