Vida dice not connecting to car

Vida dice cannot read from the vehicle...

Try go to vehicle peofile, choose ur car manually by yr, model and so on, then go to diagnostic if it doesnt work it could be ur dice, is it new or has it worked b4?

hope you are able to already solve this issue, but just in case not then try changing the plugin to another available USB port,

Yes it solved after i contacted the seller, i got a new dice and it works fine

Well, seems like your Vida does't work correctly. Clean youe IE browser. I will suggest to reinstall the Vida. don't try to update it, just run vida test then OK. If that won't help try another Dice. Some Dice made in Chine very poorly, they known to fail pretty often. Let me know what helped or not.

Well it didnt change anything... did what u said... do u have any other advices? I dont have another dice to try with

@@mrnurse4479 Try to read another Volvo to check if that will work to isolate the vida or dice issue.
Then at the vida vehicle information page "play" with vehicle body, trim, region fallen list menu. That's also could effect the communication.
