    One of my surgeons wanted to continue the Warfarin right after a surgery, in a then healthy 50 year old with a history of a MI. Would it be appropriate to give the Warfarin right after surgery or is it generally restarted day 1 post op? Thank you! Your videos are EXCELLENT!!

    What about a GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist like mounjaro or meds like saxenda or ozempic if taking for weight loss. Thanks

    Thank you for amazing videos. However, I check Uptodate and it recommends ACEI/ARBs should be continued up to day of surgery and hold morning dose. Any thoughts, sir?

Im curious about a video on patients who are on chronic pain management at roughly the hightest MME "allowed", and how patient get post op pain control.     I took 15ml of Nyquil and herb supplement today 07/29 and my surgery is on 08/12 should I still be okay? or do I need to postpone surgery?

    Last year i had MVR cabg and i am on warf. But from the last 3 months i have inguinal hernia and surgeon advice me to stop warf 5 days before the surgery date. He doesnt told me about BRIDGING THING? Next month is my surgery and my age is 67 yr old.

      I would definitely send him a message and ask if you should bridge with heparin during the 5 days you aren't on warfarin, due to your history of mitral valve replacement! Mechanical valves especially
