Hyperia Thorpe Park! First Ride + Review & Single Rider Lines

In today's video we're at Thorpe Park to ride Hyperia for the first time!
After a bit of a rough start to operations, Hyperia, Thorpe Parks new world class rollercoaster is officially (properly) open! We're checking out the entire area and seeing what opening procedures are like at the park with the rush to ride! The ride is manufactured by Mack Rides and is the tallest rollercoaster in the UK, overtaking The Big One at Blackpool Pleasure Beach. It's also the fastest in the UK too with a huge amount of airtime.
We're riding twice firstly in the main queue for a front row ride before jumping into the single rider line to get a different perspective.
We'll then take you around the park as we check on the single rider lines and see how much they can save you in queue times. You have Saw: The Ride, Samurai and The Walking Dead Ride! We'll also check on some of the merchandise around the park too!

In fairness about the lack of theming, hyper coasters are very rarely immersively themed. Hyperia's 'theme' is more of a stylistic one, it is styled on a mythical Greek goddess, which is quite a pleasant change of pace, but it could definitely do with more stylistic details around the outdoor queue and across Fearless Valley, as well as improved landscaping, particularly around the splashdown, which is a bit tragic looking in my honest opinion. The coaster is definitely world class and that's the important thing. As an overall 'attraction', Hyperia could do with improved presentation, but as far as being a rollercoaster goes, it is the best coaster in the UK. :)

That’s a pretty good wrap up yeah, I’d tend to agree on most points!
It’s a fantastic rollercoaster, a little short but fantastic nonetheless! It just lacks theming around the area as a whole

@user-km2iq9zu9c you go on your own, you will absolutely be split up from your part as you’re taking a spare seat next to a stranger so wait times can vary
