Just sharing you this, as Romans 6:23 says, for the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. God loves you so much that he sent his son Jesus Christ to die on the cross to pay the price of all our sins. After 3 days after he died,he rose up from the dead. He will accept you not matter what you been through or have done. Accept the lord Jesus Christ as you lord and savior and ask forgiveness of all your sins to be saved from sin and have eternal life and not go to hell Jesus is our only hope for salvation and the if you don’t accept him you will not heaven and you will go to hell if you don’t accept Jesus

If it wasn't for David Stern (we know why he vetoed the CP3 trade it's because of the Colorado incident) Stern didn't want Kobe to win more rings and he didn't want LA vs Miami for four consecutive years. Imagine Kobe, CP3 and Dwight vs Miami's LeBron, Wade and Bosh

It goes both ways... Stern also made sure that the Sacramento Kings got screwed in the 2002 Western Conference Finals, because he wanted the Lakers in the finals for ratings. How often has the league made sure that Lakers got favorable treatment on the court where it wasn't caught?

Yeah, it was pretty suspicious how the Cavs won the draft three of the four LeBron Heat years and the Hornets won it the other year. When you think of it, AD was very much a consolation prize for getting screwed out of that trade. And when the Lakers got good again Kobe got far less calls than he used to (in that series against the Suns the SUNS got more favorable calls much of that series, especially the Sasha "flagrant" on Dragic, the softest "flagrant" EVER, which almost resulted in the Suns coming back and tying the series, along with the uncalled foul that resulted in the Artest putback game winner, also the numerous "long twos" from the three point line in game four to start the game). They were clearly trying to make it easier for LeBron to win a ring and for MJ to stay the GOAT (he owned the Bobcats at that time, and he was known to make questionable trades/decisions in order to preserve his legacy, such as letting Tyson Chandler go to Dallas, even if they hurt his team).

They had no issue with Lebron and Bosh going to Miami to join D Wade, but God forbid Kobe (the best player in the league) get the chance to play with Chris Paul as his PG. That would have automatically been the best guard combo in league history. I think Chris Paul would have fit perfectly with Kobe because Chris was a facilitator as much as he was a scorer, and Kobe also was great at knowing when to take a step back to facilitate. Both guys were also killers on the defensive side of the ball, and would have been perfect defensively to defend the newer era of perimeter guards who were coming up during the 2010's. The league was also going to get smaller and smaller. However the rest of that Lakers roster would have filled out, it would have been a thing of beauty, but the league wanted to turn the page from the Kobe era as soon as possible. That's really what it was. They had this guy they wanted to build up in Lebron James, and they didn't want Kobe in his way taking titles away from their so-called king. The Big 3 partially formed because of Kobe winning back to back championships in 2010, and because they wanted an easier road to the Finals. Kobe was so great that the league itself was trying to stop him from winning more, and one guy can only do so much against such a force of opposition. Phil Jackson's departure due to aging and health complications didn't aid the Lakers fortunes at all either. By the last 2 or 3 years of Kobe's career, he was stuck with a bunch of millenials, and journeymen. Still, Kobe remained loyal to the Lakers, and didn't run away from any challenge. That Colorado case crap took Kobe from the face of the league, to becoming loved, and hated on a whole other level. That's the only reason why Kobe wasn't promoted as the face of the league after that despite being the best player by a mile. Lebron was the so-called chosen one for a reason. The league brass wanted to manufacture a face to try to replace MJ, and Kobe went from being that guy to being in their way. The league, and their media outlets didn't bank on Kobe persevering through such adversity and winning those last 2 championships. That just made the plan into a code red situation where they had to find other ways to shut down the Mamba.

It's no secret that veteran point guard Chris Paul's NBA career would have turned out differently if his trade to the Los Angeles Lakers in 2011 had not been nullified by then-commissioner David Stern.
Paul and Kobe Bryant, along with star center Dwight Howard, whom the Lakers did acquire in the summer of 2012, would’ve been an interesting trio.

The NBA robbed us of a prime Kobe playing with Chris Paul. Considering what the league became, with star players picking their team-up spot to create super teams, it's even more annoying that Paul wasn't able to play with Kobe.
At this point in time, it wasn't about keeping MJ their "poster child," it was about trying to push Lebron. People today think the media & fans have been overly-critical of LBJ, but for the first 7 years of his career, he could no wrong.

This isn't the person whose legacy they were trying to protect (or continue to manufacture).
If Kobe gets 6, you have two guys you can hold up as competitive legends as the banner carriers of the NBA. How would that cost the NBA anything?
Kobe talked about how the "NBA didn't want parity" & that's Chris Paul trade got vetoed. Who had just created a superteam & theoretically ruined parity in the league? Oh that's right, Jason Terry's son Lebron.
At the time, Kobe & the Spurs core was aging, no knowledge of what the Warriors would become, & "King James" just had such a massive meltdown that he solidified Dirk's legacy. If LeBron got not 5, not 6, not 7, but zero - that's a disaster for the NBA, mainstream sports media, & Nike who had spent the better part of a decade pumping him up as "Next".
The NBA has been intervening on LeBron's behalf since he quit partway through game 6 in Boston in 2010.

I DO think the league sabatoged Kobe's final years, but NOT to upsell the Clippers. Kobe said “Come hell or high water we are making the playoffs”
Lebron said “Activating Playoff mode” both statements came during the All Star break.
I admit given the circumstances of both teams, those were bold statements to make
