If you’re an actual athlete like a rugby , soccer , basketball player or a runner etc then sure but it’s of no need or benefit for a gym session or average cardio session.

Currently only 0.015% of the US gets this amount from their diets. All this to say just get your potassium in guys. I'm not saying meet those requirements because in all likelihood the recommended amount is incorrect but it still stands that most people don't get enough potassium in their diets alone. Supplementing your diet with natural products with limited ingredients like the one being promoted here is a great step in the direction of better athletic performance, state of mind, and overall health.
