Don't try to impress people....instead....build trust....Don't try to act smart, be authentic. 4.Don’t feel shy to ask for help. 5. Look at the bigger picture. 6. Understand your senior's needs, concerns and interests, insecurities. 7. Don't worry about what people think about you.....nothing wrong with copying. 8. Watch your seniors and be observant about what irritates them. 9. Speak your mind, take a chance, there's nothing to loose...I you run away from your fear it increases, but if you face it it diminishes. 10. Speak in the language you are comfortable in. 11. Don't speak more than what is needed. 12. Don't be a perfectionist.
