She's still situational at best and I see a lot of people doing stupid things with her. Her tactical is still pretty bad and can easily backfire on you if you're playing too close to cover. I think she does do well with building play on E-District and given the rotations she can situationally be pretty good! Overpowered? Definitely not. Have you seen how far a Pathfinder grapple can take you? A Rev jump? I do like her restored jetpack for a quick get out of trouble like it used to be which I think most people don't know how to use properly lol
A pathfinder needs to be really skilled to use the grapple that way. Beginner pathfinders just grapple into a wall and die. Plus the cooldown is 30s so you cant do much in that time. Valk is much easier for a beginner and with the buffs she no longer flies like a slow air target, making her a mild annoyance in beginners hands and a huge one in pros hands who know the map and how to use the ever changing heights and angles. And its a passive too. That said, the most busted is definitely horizon tac, which is a get out of jail free card, moves the entire squad, difficult to hit people in and also a tiny cooldown. Its an ult level ability as a tactical.

I feel like it's obvious but if you're a player with good fundamentals, she's so strong. The ability to take height on small buildings with ease is so strong, particularly mid-engagement. Everyone else who has the ability to take height has a cooldown, and unless you mismanage the fuel, valk doesn't. The ult is so good in ranked as well, i cant remember what season it was but i recall a couple of years ago that pretty much every team ran valk just to be able to rotate easily.
no. as a valk main since launch, the only thing op about her kit is the scan in the skydive... everything else is completely fine, she can finally MOVE as insead before she was mroe of a wall on foot. with the ability to scan beacons is perfect... but everything is balanced other than that scan in skydive
Yall better not f this up and make her nerfed again. I loved her in season 9 on release mainly because the jetpacks are so fun to combine movement tech with. That revert to her season 9 form should stay if other things become nerfed.
The changes makes Valkyrie playable. At frist time a good idea for this character. I put her from the corner and play her now again (my old main).! Great job Apex/respawn. Hopefully there will never come a nerv now.

Don't nerf the movement, its so much fun now and not a "press to lose" button. If you must nerf, add a warning to players that are being scanned by valk. She's still disarmed while jet boosting, her tac is still situational and her ult is just a slightly faster balloon.
If the wall hack becomes big in ALGS they will nerf it down, but hopefully they don't nerf the rest of her down again. Her jetpack feels nice again finally.

Personally I don’t think she’s overpowered as long as evacs are in the game she is kinda useless I think they should make her ult go 300m in the sky because evacs are basically better so there should be a diff between the two

When there are legends that exist like revenant with an over shield, fuse with free damage, Newcastle with infinite revive potential, vantage has a sniper and the recon perk to just shoot you from across the map, and of course cringe wannabe edge lord caustic I just don’t care about these changes as braindead people like Mande do. Every single legend has the enemy highlights from 30m away so I don’t see how that’s a big deal other than you can see it just jet-packing anywhere. Wallhacks on her second perk are in a way op but still you have to be flying through the air not shooting your weapon to use it. It honestly isn’t even applicable in the endgame unless you’re spamming her ult for no reason. I actually have liked her other perk that has more jetpack fuel and reduction in delay better but that’s just me.
I love having my team die, and me thinking I got away from the 3 stack chasing me, then the Valk hits the sky and fullsends on me with her team, while I'm hiding in a random building and obliterate me to dust while twerking over my lifeless body and deathbox. Thanks respawn. 😂

The only reason Valk pick rate is high because she the only legend got a massive rework so lot of players are testing her out

I love Valk because you can have recon AND Movement in one legend so you have a certain freedom in the other two picks

Crypto pick rate is crazy. For low level players usually he's just a detriment to the team.
Crypto also had recently an unlock event. You can unlock him for free by doing objectives. Watson is next.
