Precivilization yes. It's NOT CHINESE like some of the other machines out there. It is built in Italy and is VERY RELIABLE. Since I made this video, we have used the machine continously. I had a small problem with it and called HTP. I they had a replacement board out to me the next day. I excellent customer service and after sales support.

Jim Harvey I love my 221 Invertig best tig in its class. The independent ac balance settings being able to change EP and EN settings is crazy only the dynasty starts with thier 350 for that setting. I can ball my tungston by changing it and that is usually only for non inverter welders. Plus pulse stick. It’s just amazing. I don’t like the grey tho glad mine is black.
