What if I need to insert Mr and Mrs for some letters but not all of them? For example they both have the same code in the spreadsheet for more than one recipient and those recipients need to be combined to one letter?

You might need to use VBA for that if there are no rules that cover it

@@ITsEasyTraining1st I'm taking the help of ChatGPT to generate field code but MS Word treat the codes as plain text. What should I do to make it work? Field codes work only when we use Ctrl +F9 to generate { }. So when I copy the formula from chatgpt and paste it on MS Word, it doesn't work, I'm forced to manually type everything, then only it works
