If you use this video as a guide and still don’t get hired you must have terrible work history. I redid my assessment using this video as a guide and got a call the very next day on my life y’all!!! I wish nothing but the best for you all 💙

Used to work for Walmart, real close w da manager, she literally told me to come look for the answers bc old employees would usually fail this
Did she also teach you about the fact that correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling are part of the application process? You can also forget about using text language, emojis. and the like. That goes for any job at any potential employer, and I highly recommend you become more educated about those things. I do not mean to sound unkind, but those are the simple facts.

Worked great for me! I have an interview on Monday. Edit: Well, I got the interview, but was never offered the job. Just "we have another candidate to review and then we'll call you later if you got the job!" Fancy words for "not a snowball's chance" lol. It's probably because I have zero retail experience, whatever.

In addition to following the answers on this video, for the "coworker didn't clean his work area" question, which was skipped in this video, I put MOST: Tell him to be more careful because his work area could have caused an accident LEAST: Let him know you cleaned his work area and he owes you a favor

I just tried to fill out the assessment today the most basic retail associate. And I'm missing something how do you move on to the next question? There is no arrows or any indicators on what to click on. Just an exit yellow square. Thank you
When I took the assessment, I could see "NEXT" button at the bottom right corner of each question.
Make sure that you are selecting two answers on the section where it asks for both your most and least likely selections.

If you fail the test, you can just sign up with a different email and retake it immediately.
How did you know that you failed ? I did the test but there is now feedback.

First of all, my answers might be same or different because I’m NOT copying from somewhere or someone. So my answers are original and authentic to my assessment. I answer from my OWN brain.
I don’t remember questions or answers from the other assessments. And my answers vary BASED on the department I’m taking assessment for. Because every department has different role where priorities differ.
That’s why I mention very clearly that “choose answers what you think is right and I don’t claim my answers are 100% correct”.
What questions company sets for assessment that is not in my hand, but ANSWERS do. This is where my MBA degree comes into play, where we are taught candidate psychology, employee psychology, hiring and firing, etc… etc…
I am not taking these assessments for myself but for people.
Coming to the point you calling me a scam artist, it is just one’s projection of their character, not reflection of mine.
I always utilize my invaluable time and energy on myself, self improvisation and for helping others not for harming others.
Talking about assessment passing or not, that depends on education and experience most. If a candidate takes a look at his/her resume they shall get an idea where they stand in the crowd of candidates.

What if I don't have prior work experience as an adult? this was my last resort. Noone else is hiring me.
I guess for online order filling/stocking/loading positions, they might hire people without experience for the early mornings and late evening shifts. I am NOT 100% sure, please do research.

I know I don't have to tell you this but you can read out options when taking your assessment. I believe most of the times the options and questions will be shuffled. I applied for the stock team associate position. Once I hit "Submit" button a page was displayed saying this position needs assessment for consideration. We see that you have completed it. Below that it was written Hourly Retail Associate Assessment - Completed and Active until (date). So I believe, if you have taken hourly retail assessment before then you might not need to take one until the expiry of that assessment. Hope this helps.

No. It is applicable to all employees, regardless of your length of time being employed there or your shift.
Can you please do an Walmart Warehouse Distribution Center and Target Warehouse Distribution Center assessment test please and let me know if you passed any one of them?

I am not sure but you may try this. log out ,clear cookies and log in again. The page saying "Take Assessments" would show up. Hope this helps.

I have tried twice with 2 different email addresses and I still failed. I don't get it I am applying for overnight stock and I get the same questions I click the same thing. I still fail.
Can the answers really be that different when for overnight stock? Please someone help.
