In the end it reduced the amount of instances it happened but it still occurred. If I push slightly on the gas pedal while starting it, the issue doesn't happen. So I believe the root cause of the issue is the fuel pump.
Great post. Even easier than I thought it'd be. Locksmith wanted $300 minus $60 AAA discount. This cost me $52 for a new cylinder and ten minutes of work.
Great video. I have a question. Will this work if my key is pretty worn (I only have one)? Next, I took my fob apart, and is it possible to get a new key cut and swap out the internals out of my fob into a new one, then use this product? Thanks
Thanks. I need to do the same with my RAM 1500. I had looked at the product you used and wasn't sure, but after seeing what you did, I'm going the same route. Any follow up? Still working?

Thanks for posting! My 2007 Dodge Nitro is doing what you described. Looks like this may be the solution. Very well done demo!

Does this effect the key fob?
Not in any way
Great job on this video. I would not even think of purchasing this if my original key fob would not still work. Thanks and LORD bless
