A huge amount of money for an 18yo. But him and Bergvall could just turn out to be generational talents as early as next season! Either way, we have some very exciting young talent at Spurs which bodes extremely well for the coming years.
Just seen Archie’s first interview, interesting how big a factor Ange was, and he’s been given no. 14. That may mean little, but it suggests more game time than no. 44 or such.

Absolutely gutted about the Gray sale and so is our whole fanbase. This kid was the best player on the park playing CM in the Cup v Chelsea. He understands football, has football tactical intelligence, well rounded and an ultimate professional. Will be worth double in two years. As a Leeds fan, its just another nail in the coffin of modern football. Kid has just turned 18 and signed his first professional contract and here he is 6 months later shipped like a piece of meat for financial reasons, agaisnt his will. Yes, it's true, the lad doesn't want to leave and is obviously from a family that is legendary at our club. First Bielsa, and now Gray. Modern football ownership simply don't see football as a supporter does. Almost want to chuck the lot in now . . . VAR, FIFA/UEFA, financial inconsistencies, rules and failed regulation, agents and players wages, owners who don't understand the game and have different priorities to those who support the teams . . . just eroding the game really.

Feel for Leeds, they should be in the top tier, but what did you do last time you got there? Finally, you got a good deal for Gray. Rodon is class and will continue to do well for you.
Ange's comments for ITV, about his favourite thing about these Euro's being the bravery to play very young players, are I think a hint for us next season. I think he's going to give a lot of faith to the likes of Gray, Bervall (who knows maybe a Mikey Moore), and they could be big factor in the first team as the season develops. I can't wait to see how they get on. You don't want to put too much expectation on young players. But Archie Gray is one that we would have massively regretted missing out on. As much as I am excited to see Bergval play for spurs, I think Brentford not being able to complete the Gray deal is a sliding doors moment for Tottenham. Who turned into a club legend and someone who will always be loved by the fan base. If you need another clue he formed one of our best strike partnerships of all time, some would argue the best, alongside Berbatov. Can you guess who it is yet?
Served Brentford right for trying to steal Nusa who laughably turned out a crock.I’ve supported Spurs about 55 years so I’ll believe it when he sign’s on the dotted line. And as an 18 year old he’s very good. And also Bergvall coming in.COYS.
Ali:- Sarr, Bergvall, Moore, Donley, Gray, Hall & maybe Eze? Doue? Most likely few of the older mids in the squad will be gone before the end of transfer window, this is now Ange’s teams NO more deadwood from Conti-Maurinho signings! Watch us play the most attacking, entertaining football of any team & 🏆 of course.
Pleased to see you so Happy Ali, you certainly made me chuckle. I know very little about Archie Gray but his pedigree is impeccable (pity he is not a future Scotland player!). But if he gets you this excited that's a good sign. I know (as below) about Tanguy, but that guy did have the talent, just poor advisors. And pleased for Ryan S; wish him all the very best in all but 2 or 3 games a season!
Still desperate for a genuine defensive number 6 but this is a great start. Palhinha, some more pace on the wing/upfront and KWP as a back up full back would be ideal for the homegrown contingent
Hey Alasdair! Just curious, is Fabio Paratici still consulting for the club? I know we have a new structure with Munn/Lange in charge, but seeing Dragusin perform so well in Euros reminds me how much of an eye Paratici has for talent, especially with his connections in Serie A

Cheers Ali.
Another young singing. A player who can be moulded into what Ange wants. Great to see spurs getting in players straight away. No messing
Another name to add to the list of our very exciting young talents but also one that can improve us right now
Here we are again, my friend. Let's start.
Love your videos Ali, thank you so much for your insight and updates, keep them coming! Did just want to ask how you could forget our biggest ever signing from Leeds back in 2002? Who turned into a club legend and someone who will always be loved by the fan base. If you need another clue he formed one of our best strike partnerships of all time, some would argue the best, alongside Berbatov. Can you guess who it is yet?
You seem Keane to tell me.

Served Brentford right for trying to steal Nusa who laughably turned out a crock.I’ve supported Spurs about 55 years so I’ll believe it when he sign’s on the dotted line. And as an 18 year old he’s very good. And also Bergvall coming in.COYS.
great video ali! hope your mum is well :)
Thank you.
Yes he’s back Gold is back 🎵
Ali:- Sarr, Bergvall, Moore, Donley, Gray, Hall & maybe Eze?
Ali Gold…. Top Spurs news 👍
Still desperate for a genuine defensive number 6 but this is a great start. Palhinha, some more pace on the wing/upfront and KWP as a back up full back would be ideal for the homegrown contingent
Saw a report that we might be signing Gray, saw the title of the last video and thought wow, he’s right on top of the news 😂
Hey Alasdair! Just curious, is Fabio Paratici still consulting for the club? I know we have a new structure with Munn/Lange in charge, but seeing Dragusin perform so well in Euros reminds me how much of an eye Paratici has for talent, especially with his connections in Serie A
Yeah Alasdair, your last video's article on Archie Grey looks to have gone stale. 😂 Never mind, your videos are always worth watching.
Thanks Alasdair, looking forward to more signings. Hopefully a few grown up signing now!
I’m very excited for this but must admit I had a little PTSD when I remember you said something like “future of Tottenham’s midfield” for Tanguy and Lo Celso years back…😅
Great Vid as always - great we are signing top talent and its always a risk but he has it all there - surely we will sell Royal which will pull in half the value plus Roden so he has probably cost us 15M in actual Transfer budget plus gets players off the books
Can not wait to see him play in the shirt
Ah I feel less opposed if there's no betting logo on the retail training kit. Shame we can't have something like a charity..and maybe donate some of the proceeds from sales.. Would be nice.
Not aware of him, but seems like a lot of money for an 18 year old championship player. Let's hope he is able to realise what is expected of him for that price.
The homegrown tax is expensive
If we don't play him I'll be gutted. I'm fed up of us buying these great, young talents just for them to be sat on the bench and their careers gone down the drain
