Two things are wrong with the video. • Rassetsu (1:06): The correct command is to hold LP+LK (Light Punch + Light Kick) after Shinkuu Nage. • Deadly Rave "Neo" (1:49): The correct command is →↓←→+LP > LP, LP, LK, LK, HP, HP, HK, HK, ↓←+HP. The first LP is missing from the video. Sorry for the mistakes.

Watching some high-level matches and familiarizing yourself with the different situations in the game, you understand why the tier list is like this. But a high-level player playing Rock, despite the disadvantage, gives a lot of work to the opponent who uses a better character.
