I think people kinda expected too much of this car technology wise. I mean I guess some people are kinda just too lazy to turn their wrist around and turn the ignition switch on. But then again this is a decade old vehicle. Also as each model year goes on every vehicle is gonna go up in price wise. So I'd say the price point on this car is spot on considering how big and spacious this vehicle is! It's definitely spacious than the Yukon and Yukon XL that's for sure
With all the ignition/key fob debacle that was strictly attributed to GM... I mean????????? An old fashioned key & fob?? REALLY? On a top-of-the-line upscale BUICK???? I'm dying here. The last actual KEY I carried was for my MERCURY (they don't even MAKE them anymore!) Monterey and that was back in 2006! Is this GM's idea of a joke??? LOL. It's been THAT log since I considered a GM product. Lincoln, baby. My 2011 MKS has push button start. LOL!!
Nice review and accurate...I can say I leased a 2017 Enclave one month ago and I love it. Regarding the review I think you should have highlighted the SmartSlide 2nd row seat feature. This feature was huge when it debuted in 2008 and is still perfect today. When passengers need to access the 3rd row, the SmartSlide feature is a must-have. It is perfect for a family. The 2018 model Enclave will completely change this car and correct the outdated items.
Bradley R yea it'll look like the upcoming 2018 chevy traverse which it's very nice looking so you'll know the buick enclave will look even nicer and plush plus the new traverse has the push button start so the enclave will too, but over all this 2017 enclave for what it's worth still looks nice.
Great review. Aside from the annoyingly loud blinker, piss-poor touch buttons, dated ignition key and craptastic "bose" audio (replacing all with klipsch/alpine soon) I really do love mine and wouldn't change a thing. It's a joy to drive and quiet as a church mouse.
I laughed when I saw the key to this thing. I mean seriously this thing is like 45000 dollars and it has a key chain key fob, and no smart key access. Even the new Chevy Cruze has that! lol
Cameron Tucker - Thank You but bucks are now for 2018 going to be for all age groups with the 2018 Enclave having so much high tech it will rival most other vehicles or at least equal them. I am 71 and I could have purchased and brand but again chose the 2017 because of most everything it is lacking the high tech crap buttons I can’t push do to arthritis in my fingers. I love how qt it is the ride - handing- yes I still care about that - it just is a very nice vehicle in most areas still at its old age. Thank You Sir
You sounded like a teenager...nothing is good enough. However , i have not heard ... side impact airbags...and and navigation system speaks or only visual. In Europe navigation system must to talk AT LEAST the 6 largest EU language ...so for me is a yes..or no deciding feature. Anyway thank you.
Love this car! I've been driving one for 7 years....I'm 44 so don't say it's for OLD people! How many old people are driving an 8 passenger vehicle?
my mom is 42

Such a beautiful vehicle. I hope to get one today actually!
THE BEST TRUCK EVER!!!!!!!
It's definitely aged well and gm has definitely got its investment out of the tooling for these lambda vehicles.
For this thing to be 8 years old it's pretty good but we will see once the 2018 come out

they really need to updat ethe enclave, hasnt even changed at all much since it was first introduced
Hey C! When will you be able to do a review on the 2017 Lacrosse. I am hearing great things about that vehicle.
This car looks old as crap inside but the front still looks pretty nice. Even tho it's old it's a very very reliable car
Bill Dingo At actually looks pretty fresh in person for the most part if it's in black interior.
That key fob though....
Meet to find a 2017 Buick Emclive
Do they have Apple CarPlay
HOW U DOIN
I laughed when I saw the key to this thing. I mean seriously this thing is like 45000 dollars and it has a key chain key fob, and no smart key access. Even the new Chevy Cruze has that! lol
bucks are made usually for the eldery.. why would you put advanced technology for them...
Tanner Mast It's getting redesigned. And that's the best key/key fob I've seen that's in that seperate style. Especially if it's in black.
