This is unbelievable that piece of brick can become this smooth
I mean it is really smooth but the pieces are built like that.Thats why I think Brickmania is more advanced than Cobi as it uses original LEGO pieces
@@zamin1091 it may be more advanced but cobi is just overall better in terms of price and what you’re getting. They charge upwards of a thousand dollars for a similar plane just because it’s made with Lego bricks. If you’re a serious Lego collector with money, go with brick mania. If you’re anything but, cobi is enough and the quality is really nice. Doesn’t rival Lego yet but it’s a good company

@@zamin1091 I see it as a pro for Cobi, that they don't stray away from making new molds for new pieces like lego does. Ofcourse lego has some ridiculous quality level where their molds are 200 000$ or something like that

I've forwarded the fuel tanks by 2 studs. You can do this by separating the two 1 by 5 plates holding them and moving the bottom one forward by 2 studs. It looks much more realistic that way.
The F-16 is such an iconic aircraft. I can't believe we are only seeing it now.
But the wait was worth it since the details are amazing. The new specialized mold for practically the whole cockpit is amazing.
The fact that the pilot has no seat is in my opinion somewhat justified by space limitations since it seems like touches the top of the glass. But because he touches the glass he is also kind of fixed in place so the problem solves itself.
I like the angle of the elevators. It is done pretty nicely.
What i also do like is the usage of regular smooth bricks instead of bar doors for the flaps. They really should stick with it for future models.
Now I have to ask about the change of the background color from white to black. Is it something you plan to do from now on or is it a one time deal? In my opinion the white background is better since it reflects more light and the white void is a "review classic" for a reason. But an argument can be made that the darker colors set a more premium vibe. (we tend to associate black with premium or expensive stuff)
Overall Cobi really outdid themselves with this one. I couldn't find one thing I would not be happy with.
Mostly I'll use white. I bought the black plate for white and light grey builds which can be barely seen on a white background.

In my reviews, I use mostly black, since it’s better for viewers who watch the video in dark environments. It’s also a way to differentiate my videos, imho. But maybe it’s just a matter of taste

The F-16 is my favorite fighter jet! I’ve had the privilege of flying Radio Controlled models of it, and it’s one of the best flying jets I’ve been able to fly. I can’t have enough models of it, flying or otherwise, so I’ll definitely need to get this!

I grew up not too far away from Luke AFB in the Phoenix area, so seeing these birds zipping across the sky wasn’t an uncommon sight. I’ll never forget during the COVID pandemic they did a full squadron fly over the entire city being led by a KC-135, and it and about 8 F-16C’s and 8 F-35A Lightning II’s flew directly over my house about a few hundred feet about the ground. Close enough for me to read the tail numbers clearly.

Der Neue Dunkle Hintergrund sieht richtig Klasse aus, viel besser als der in weiß. Und wieder ein richtig gutes Model von Cobi.
Werde ich häufiger nutzen, wenn das Modell nicht zu dunkel ist.

Lego Cobi? this company does not exist, they are two different companies, the one shown here is not from Lego, the box and the knobs say Cobi, so it is a Cobi set
the only thing it needs is retractable landing gear . Realistic size , not those big car wheels
