- Patch 1.06 is the patch we all wanted. Glad to finally see more diversity in the S Ranks, but the pilots are still insane.

Lightweight reversejoint with earshot are probably best builds right now that are not considered metabuilds, but still can do well.
Most importantly: these builds are fun to fight with AND against. No one wants to fight rats, kites, swappers or snail legs.
Love the build brother, nothing cheese, pure Armored core. Need more players that approach the game with these kinds of builds, be more fun for all of us.

Most of them come from steam dms and added me to say either GG or creative build after i let them win after a very fun match in a world of brain rotting builds

Plenty in custom lobbies but S ranked is Full of meta 😂
Try actually using double melee? Learn how to counter the meta instead of whinging. This isn't For Answer; you have to actually think instead of mindlessly slashing
@@apophis7712 its the only thing im using actualy through out my 660+ hours of playing AC6 both pve and in pvp double melee has allways been part of my loadout and close to my heart as a setup - never played 4A tho so i cant say i know what you speak off , all i know is that its four times the effort - for barely the same outcome of any other build that uses guns instead of double melee / melee punish builds
on one side you have to just be in range and press the button
and on the other you have to sacrifice weight / stability / ap / irl time to practice combos and timings / most if not all your energy to reach the oponent / match and or counter movement / be carefull of elevation/ in some cases most of your AP as well ... for a big maybe waiting you at the end when it comes to register a hit on a non staggered oponent
I do notice that heavyweights seem a bit dead
I tried running double melee but not putting out consistent impact and stagger held me back, so I went with pulse blade + Alula booster on my middleweight reverse-joint
I’m pushing through the A-rank slog and it’s insane how fast I can end matches on the spot (if they go right)
Bro our builds are almost the same 😮 I’m ranked #48(MrRager31) I think I can’t remember I been off all week but this kind of build is my favorite to use in 1v1 rank

What was your favorite patch note? ( mine was the jav beta nerf 😂)
Sweet ride and mine was the lazers getting a nerf and stun bombs finally got a small enough buff to be worth it and fun lol

@@brothadahkness i have been toying with them since day one and have enjoyed them but they felt meh but now they are fun. Gotta get closer then im used but ill figure it out
still not effective as nerfs go - it still rund in circles around you to blow your balls off
Im D rank and since the player base is low ill get matched with whoever. Yesterday it was S 67. asshole ran a kite build with stun launchers.
D rank matching Top 100 is crazy 😂
@@brothadahkness bros movement was crazy. No matter what I did I couldn't close the gap efficiently and get to melee or hell even the ideal range for my estujins

@@collinmanning8334ya I have fought him before. Kite builds are a hard build and play style too counter but fight it enough times and you will adapt. I found getting under them and assault boosting to deal dmg are your best options
Sometimes It happens to me as well and I'm in B rank. Worst thing is those top ranked players fight like absolute scrubs with op builds, no fun at all
I would Love for you to try the same combo of weapons but shao for ear shot
