- Electric Drill Concrete Mixer Restoration Video
I found this mixer from Japan recycle shop only 15$. It is Hitachi mixer drill, but I don't know which model it is. It comes with really poor condition and it doesn't work. After the restoration It works very well, I really love this mixer. This video will show you the way I fixed and restored it back to alive again.
I hope you find something useful & enjoy from this video!
I am happy to receive your feedbacks, advices, suggestions to improve myself.
!!! I apologize for the mistake if I have made in this restoration !!!

This was one of those superb quality restoration videos when I get to the end and unconsciously say "ah, very nice" out loud.
Another great restoration, this is becoming a 'must watch' channel.
Wow I am so happy to see your comment.
Master restorer! And i like your workshop cuz it's clean and the tools and equipments are well-arranged
The one thing that always runs through my mind watching these is how tools used to be constructed of such high quality as opposed to the junk sold today. I don't see anyone bothering to restore anything sold today 35 years from now.
These look like professional tools though, designed for a hard life, day in day out - all metal, with simple, utilitarian styling. They're not the typical £25 Black and Decker from Argos.
@@axi0matic also cuz today Why should i bother with repairing junk, when for the same amount of money put into replacement parts, i cant get brand new tool? And without work :) :)
Ahh. Beautiful restoration. And the water was very well mixed, such a uniform color and consistency! I honestly could not see any unmixed hydrogen or oxygen 😂
You are the best at removing fasteners without damaging them. Great video.
The snaps of the screws was so satisfying
Imagine having all these new restored old tools this guy has been repairing for months? id be able to do any project i wanted! lol
Or sell them for mucho dinero
Oh that satisfying * snap * when a locked-in screw finally releases!
I thought the same thing 😂 stripped screws make me want to die
Mmm yes. I cringed until each popped...then the fourth one went, "meh".
@@jedidaddychris just listen to a dry wall screw being driven into wood... It makes that sound ever time the screw overcomes the static friction
Unless the * snap * is the sound of the head seperating from the thread, then it's an outright nightmare.
This looked like your most ambitious project yet. Great work.
Amazing. Better than new.
Brilliant craftsmanship! Great video!👍🏻❤️😊🛠
another great job! love to see these old tools come back to life
запас прочности у старого инструмента - на века
Согласен, этот миксер будет ещё работать очень долго
У тебя золотые руки!!!
Excellent 💯💯💯work👏👏👏
Very satisfying to watch, great work!
Very nice, I like how you painted it in the Hitachi colours to match your other tool restorations
Beautifully restored. Well done.
Wow, I think this is one of the most challenging work in your channel. Great!!
Small tip, With the bolts or anything that has thread, use a paste called copper slip, or copper grease, Its the best for anti seize.
its like they say, "If it’s meant to move, grease (bearings etc). If it’s not meant to move, copperslip."
It's ALIVE!!!!! LOL. Very good restoration 👍👍👍
Great restoration on that power drill

Parabéns 👏 bom trabalho
SUPER !
SHOW DE BOLA !!👏👏👏👏
¡Excelente...!👍👍👍👍
bravo gear show
Just the cleaning part alone, I found was satisfying, good job on the restoration. I would have liked to see the motor rewound, but with new brushes and bearings, its seems to be working fine. Very presentable, you added a few years life back into that old drill.
Well done.
Rewind a motor??? I don't think so....
beautiful
FICOU MUITO LINDO PARABÉNS
Good job men
Thanks!
... perfect job everytime 👍
Thank you!
@@gear_show your welcome
since you like this kind of work, have you considered doing the same with vehicles? i think it's not about money mainly but it's more profitable
Good work 🤙🏻
Thank you!
nice
Well done. Now you should work on that orange expandable wrench of yours. It’s getting rusty too. 😉

Молодец !!! КЛАСС ! :-)
What's the attachment you're using on the angle grinder? Looks like you're cleaning, sanding and polishing in one pass !
Good video bro!!
Thank you bro!
Toàn hitachi đẹp wa
Красота!
👌 good
Thanks!
Great video as usual, what grease are you using for the gears?
Try this kind of electric cord: H07RN-F, you'll see immediately the difference compared to regular cords, much easier to move and manage
Thank you for your suggestion!
Excelente trabajo amigo ,gran canal !! Saludos 👍
very enjoyable, I can't wait to visit japan and check out these recycle shops next september.
Would you ever do a video on how to select old tools for restoration, Are there things to avoid when looking at them?
James Moore if it works don’t buy it 😂
now thats a drill that been given some fuckin hot suppers lemme tell ya
absolute workhorse
Wonderful work. If that mixer ever binded up, it would rip off your arm sockets. They don't make tools like this anymore.
Try dawn dishwashing soap. It cuts grease and oil better than laundry soap.
Should do a challenge build. No power tools or specialty tools.
편안~
India 🤩🤩
This is my job every day,we need love, patience and parts, we have the same technics , Nice job saludos de Perú.
Who in Hell does your camera work ?
It changes the videos from pretty darn good to A+ Excellent
What brand and model of bearing remover/puller do you use?
I imagined myself with this hooked up to a car battery, using it as a prop for an inflatable boat...
same here, but i imagined it with a kayak
👍👍👍
12:19 Which bearing puller do you use? Thank's :)
👍👍
Hello, I have a question about your devices. where do you buy it? because I want to try this too
If you had a long extension cord you could push your boat! Is it for sale?
Việt Nam like
I´d redone the collector at least. Nice job anyway.
02:13 Bloody hell! I thought the goddamn predator was behind my back!
LOL I thought that also!
@@blackknightcustom So I wasn't the only one to get a damn scare lol
Excellent work... I notice that what is being manufactured in Japan can be repaired and renovated, unlike Chinese products You can't fix it if she stops working.
sr app kha se ho
0:52 you have to restore it too
Where do you sell this products?
Love your videos! What is the name if the tool you use to scrape the crap out of the screws called?!
He uses twezzers... lol
