These are beautiful! Been trying to make these little roses off other channels but they never looked right. Twisting, rolling, glue gun, essentials for a pretty look! Soooo glad I finally found your channel!

Hi Gi. I love these little flowers. They are gorgeous. I used to make them a long time ago. You’ve inspired me to make more. If you want to make the flowers with paper, crepe paper will work, as you said, but it will also work with tissue paper, as it’s a lot thinner. Thank you for another great project. Love and crafty hugs to all - Dawn 🌅

Yes, I remember you sewed the last ones, but I think hot glue looks a bit easier. I have plenty of fabric scraps, so I will try these. Thanks for sharing Gi. 🙂❤️

I have made Ribbon Roses in the past, but never tried with scraps of fabric! Great idea. I used needle and thread instead of glue.

Wonderful video, thank you Go for sharing.
My grandmother use to make this type of fabric flowers to sew onto clothes. Of course she used to hand stitch her , no glue guns lol.
People use to sew them onto hats as well, look at some of the vintage photos from the 1920's or earlier. I'm giving away my age lol in the 1980's they made a come back as well, isn't it cool how things keep Reservations??? now were using the Basic technique in our journals

Thank you for revisiting this idea! I remember you did stitch them the first time. I use these in my sewing projects and I think the millinery stamens make them! I've been in the mood to make them again lately-your always a very patient and inspirational teacher!😊
