Buryan kebab is made from Lamb and is traditionally grilled slow cooked in an underground tandır oven until pull-apart tender. Büryan Kebabı is from the 13th Century from the Turkish city of Siirt in Eastern Anatolia and alongside the classic Yaprak Döner Kebab, is one of the most popular Turkish Street Foods of all.
