Best thing about life is it always ends up working out for the best. I have faith that you will always end up right where you wanna be. It may now be where you expected but speaking from previous chapters in my life, I always ended up in the right place, I will keep you in my prayers
Thank you! I agree! I believe everything happens for a reason and honestly the videos about my terrible experience is what brought many new viewers to the channel. I'm so grateful for that and it's been incredible to see how many people are now following along! I look forward to sharing the next chapter of my journey with you because I think you are right! I appreciate that! ❤️ I love your positive outlook and I wish you well!
As an old hockey player from Massachusetts - love the Bay State content… I have 2 thoughts. 1 hockey tape fixes everything and 2 life is a journey not a destination and your journey is priceless. Stay strong between the pipes and filter out the noise!
still amazes how someone can stay positive while living out of their car and driving around the US and Canada in quite a rough looking car filled with everything :) good to see some plans brewing.
I believe staying positive is so important. Your perspective on things can have such a huge influence on your life. Make the most of the situations you are given. I was so grateful to be able to live out of my car and travel around North America. It may not have been the most comfortable at times but I got to experience so many cool places. Thanks, more updates coming soon! ;)
Your positivity is infectious! I'm really hoping you're able to have quick success in Europe, and we get to see a reunion with Archie and Melo in the near future!
perfect chance to play somewhere in kentucky tonight by tom t hall lol ps: your family seems awesome. sorry for yalls loss. good you can come together and laugh though. what this thing is all about.
Haha listening to the song right now as I reply to your comment. First time I've ever heard it but I like it and will be adding to one of my playlists. Next time I visit Kentucky I'll try to remember to play the song. I appreciate that and you are totally right. I'm so grateful for my family and it was nice to catch up and share some laughter during such a sad time for everyone.
I will say, that with everything bad that has happened in the FED. I absolutely enjoy seeing you taking the punches and knowing your worth when those coaches had no idea. And now to look at new opportunities in just a few days which is quiet courageous. Also Love the family content!!
Best vlog channel on TH-cam ! It’s great seeing your journey even it didn’t turn the way wanted it to at the start. Such motivation through this channel🙏🏽🔥
Trav is ok people just hate all the time .he is an other goalie that people just keep hatting on i dont know why just seems they dont have anything better to do but they still watch hes channel but hey any press is good press lol😂@@renaissancerocha
keep up the grind im from sudbury as well glad to have found you seeing someone from my hometown doing amazing things keep it up cant wait for more videos
Loving your videos, extremely entertaining. I work off-ice in Quad Cities of the SPHL and love all the faces I get to see in the hockey world. It takes a lot of work to get to where you want to go, and from what I've heard from many of the guys and officials, the Fed isn't really where you want to be. I hope you are enjoying Europe, just keep working on your SP and GAA and hopefully we will see you in the SPHL some day!
Thank you so much! That’s awesome! Hope you’re enjoying things with the team. Yeah it’s honestly amazing how many interesting people I have met. Yeah the FED doesn’t seem like a place I want to be. Thanks! I will keep working towards my goals and maybe someday play the SPHL. I have a friend in the league now and he is really enjoying his time.
Man somehow your journey came up in my feed last week and I started watching, went back to season 2 and then jumped around a lot to get caught up. Then in this ep. you made the turn into VT and I was thinking wooo thats where I live!. Then I see that your cousin lived in the town M in Ma. and I was so sad. My son who is 28 started his own hockey career in that very same town doing learn to skate, and then mites (novice in CA) before we moved to Vermont and he won the state championship with his HS team :) But sincerely, sorry for your loss.
That's awesome! Really happy you found the channel! Nice! I love when people go back to watch the old videos! Which was your favourite video from Season 1 or 2? Cool to see I've been to places you know/have family. Thank you
Just found your channel! My wife works with a fphl team and your story doesn't surprise me in the least from the stories I've heard. Still glad we have a team in our town though. Best of luck to you.
Hello and thank you! Happy you enjoyed it! More videos coming soon. I'm sorry but I don't know if I understand your question? Unfortunately I don't know much about U18 CSSHL but from what I understand it's mostly in the western part of Canada. My cousin who now plays in the WHL for Swift Current probably has more information about that. Are you wondering how it compares to U18 hockey in Ontario or Europe? I played AAA growing up which was the highest level you could play but I think things work a little different out west. If you give me more details regarding your question I'll try to provide a better answer. Thanks :)
Awesome tks. Ya, they are "college" schools for kids u15 to u18. Mostly, almost AA and AAA. They cost, ready? Sit down. 30 to 40k PER YEAR. some might be more in the states. Anyway, wondering if the Finnish have something like that, and I move little Jonny to fin, swe or ? To get a "decent" level of goalie systems for him (he's going into u18. I mean, hard work matters more than what team you are on, etc. So, I could save some money, get almost equal training and experience, and I get to live in Europe!!
Thanks! I'm happy someone enjoyed seeing part of my family! I love the chaos. I have a wonderful family! I appreciate that! I look forward to sharing the journey with you!
Good question. I'm born and raised in Canada but my grandfather was from Portugal. My last name is Portuguese and I have dual citizenship for both Canada and Portugal.
Depends what you’re looking for and what level you’re at. Depending on your resume I would likely give different advice. Also depends where you’d like to live and the lifestyle you want. Everyone is different and so are the leagues/countries.
The NHL today sucks. You could tell how exciting the game was by how quiet the stadium when you panned out. Interrupted by overly loud sound to "entertain" the lemmings & prevent actual convo.
I've only been to a couple games but I actually enjoyed it. They had live music between the periods. The home team was losing pretty bad which is why the atmosphere kinda sucked but it was fun for me as an oilers fan.
I work very hard in the summers to afford my lifestyle. At the moment I have collected $0.00 from TH-cam or sponsors as well as $0.00 in hockey salary. Maybe someday that will change but that's not why I do it. I do it for the love of the game and the love of making videos.
I find videos like these interesting, but also a little sad. It's why I always told my kids to focus on education and that hockey is just for fun. Dudes just trying to play for these welfare pay teams until they are in their 30s and have no plan or skills then life kicks em in the ass. It's the hockey culture's fault.
I agree education is important but hockey can also provide amazing life experiences. There's things I've been able to see and do that I otherwise would've never had the opportunity to do without hockey. I think it really depends on what you want out of life. I understand it may not seem like the most attractive lifestyle for most people but I truly believe it depends on the person. I have other things going on in life outside of hockey as well as life goals for myself. I think the most important thing is to have a plan. There's lots you can do online now such as education or work so there's definitely opportunities to do both.
This is how funerals have always gone in my family. The funeral is the sad part, but we are happy that we get a reunion afterwards. Sorry that your family doesn't have the same positive experiences.
I understand why it may seem strange but it of course wasn't only joking around and smiling. There were sad moments as well but I was obviously not going to be recording any of that. I was in Boston for many days and I only took out the camera once or twice when I felt it was appropriate (also they asked to be in the vlog) and everyone was feeling happy and laughing together. My cousin was such a positive and happy person and I think she would've wanted everyone to enjoy spending time together sharing stories, laughter and memories. My family also came to Boston from many places around North America including California, Florida, Ontario, British Colombia, etc. so we very rarely see each other, let alone all in the same place. It's nice when you get to see everyone and catch up. I hope that explains the context a little better.
This guy is really likeable, unlike Trav4. This dude actually has some humility and talent. Wish him the best.
I don't really know Trav so I have nothing bad to say about him but thank you. I appreciate the compliment.

This channel is gold
Thank you! I appreciate that and I’m happy you’re enjoying the channel!
Hi. Great to see next chapter.
Question u18, with CSSHL schools costs almost out of control (for what you get), what is it like over there?
Hello and thank you! Happy you enjoyed it! More videos coming soon.

Great stuff to watch 😊
Thank you very much!
Inspirational content man, LOVE the positive attitude and rooting for your success 👌👌
Thanks! Really happy you are enjoying the content! 😁
You crossed the border into New York right where I live!
Very cool! It was a small crossing but the agent was very nice.
The FED journey continues... lets go
Life in the FED. The journey never ends!
Will give you that you're a super positive guy.
Thank you! I really appreciate that!
Devils really need a goalie. Js 😊
Haha sign me up!
Finally they got someone better looking to play that Archie guy
Yeah it took long enough but we eventually found the right guy for the job. Really happy with the new cast.
Hope you find a team bud all the best!
Thank you!
Time to go with the flow….pink mask and killing it in the new pro women’s league. A stop gap till something else comes along!
Haha yeah I’m going with the flow but not sure what you mean by the pink mask in the new pro woman’s league?
Really cool seeing your family and seeing where this epic journey takes you👍🏒
Thanks! I'm happy someone enjoyed seeing part of my family! I love the chaos. I have a wonderful family! I appreciate that! I look forward to sharing the journey with you!
Maybe A stupid question but I’m new to your blog. Are you guys Italian?
Good question. I'm born and raised in Canada but my grandfather was from Portugal. My last name is Portuguese and I have dual citizenship for both Canada and Portugal.
Dude... what did you expect taking a Cadillac on a cross country trip? Surprised you didn't have more issues.
Lol well I survived the trip so I'm happy
If I want to play in Europe what is the most worth it league?
Depends what you’re looking for and what level you’re at. Depending on your resume I would likely give different advice. Also depends where you’d like to live and the lifestyle you want. Everyone is different and so are the leagues/countries.
Dude no way. I played archi in high school hockey. Had no idea he went on to play overseas
Hahaha no way! That's awesome! I'll let him know to view this comment
Come to Carolina thunderbirds we need a goalie badly
Thanks for the invitation! Maybe that could’ve been an option before I flew back to Europe.
Call up the Carolina thunderbirds
Yeah I could look into that
Yeah I could look into that
@@renaissancerocha we need you this weekend give the birds a call
Get an agent. I think it would help you.
I agree but it's all about finding the right one

I already like this guy better then trav
How are you paying for all this bro?
Best real estate agent in all of the greater Sudbury region 😎😎
I work very hard in the summers to afford my lifestyle. At the moment I have collected $0.00 from TH-cam or sponsors as well as $0.00 in hockey salary. Maybe someday that will change but that's not why I do it. I do it for the love of the game and the love of making videos.

Kinda strange the amount of joking around and smiling when you are at a funeral for your cousin. Not judging, but that was kinda strange.
This is how funerals have always gone in my family. The funeral is the sad part, but we are happy that we get a reunion afterwards. Sorry that your family doesn't have the same positive experiences.

I want people partying at mine. People hardly get together anymore. I also hope it's not for decades, so it'll be a great life.
some call it a funeral, some call it a celebration of life
