    One of my favourite Mozart piano concertos, played here with such style. The Evergreens were on top form, playing with their usual combination of delicacy and musicality. And the soloist - wow! - I've seldom heard - or seen - a pianist play with such a huge range of expression. Classical music at its very best. Bravo!
    I guess this piece must have been in the same concert as the recently uploaded Mahler 1 - in which case all I can say is I wish I'd been there.

    L'instrument n'est guère fait pour Mozart (aucune transparence !)

      Well I would like to add that concerto form has a voice and in this case it is the piano. The orchestra is accompaniment just as in his opera. Now, the voice must stand apart and not sound like a uniform part of the orchestra. So look for Mozart composer sound in his symphony and saranades.
