We bought a house in Loreto; however, if we could have found a place that suited us in La Paz, we would have jumped on it. And a big reason was the malecon - definitely the best we've seen in Mexico. (And our landmark for heading up the hill to Hotel Catedral is the seagull sculpture. 😄 )
