  • Recorded at 120fps. Game is still running at 60fps. There may be some frame hiccups
    So someone submitted a run with some interesting routes and since it got very close to my WR and looked like it could easily beat it I had to do another run!
    I have not had time to even complete this game yet so I was not aware of some of these hidden routes.
    It turns out this saves like 45 seconds.. If I hadn't messed up a bit but it was still a decent run
    LiveSplit shows the wrong PB comparison for 'Springs' since I forgot to reset before I quit after failing it and so the autosplitter went off
    1:19 - Finally found a consistent way getting through these Capsules. Should have only hit 2 of them not 3
    1:45 - That wavedash was too early
    1:59 - That was a bounce. Might be quicker? Was pure luck though
    2:15 - How did I even make that
    2:49 - This section could've gone slightly better
    3:20 - 2 seconds away from gold split.. Better than I expected
    3:59 - This game's cycles are odd. Sometimes this lines up and most of the time it doesn't
    But I know I prefer having Rings here than not
    7:33 - I drifted far too early
    8:06 - This didn't go great either
    9:18 - I am just completely messing up on Springs here

    Nice run of the tutorial! It looks really fun to do!
    Dont get me wrong, Ring Racers is mechanically bloated. BUT. The fact the game does it's mechanics in it's very own way. Makes this game a materpiece. It surprises me honestly. We were hating on the tutorial. But it's so fun to go back to and see how far you've learned throughout the game. The hate wasn't needed. We just had to get used to the changes. Kart Krew warned us prior to it even being named Ring Racers.

    The game already have a overlay input, why adding another one?

      It's just unused space if not. I already had it for my Sonic Superstars runs. No reason to change my OBS scene
