Even though I’m not religious, I absolutely believe that the power of this song is incredible. Knowing what is happening in the world, we need to listen to this song more than ever.

This song from the movie is such a beautiful and moving song and it never fails to make me cry. So many people out there feel like outcasts and like they aren’t loved and feel like maybe even they’re an outcast to God. But nobody is. We’re all important to him and known and loved, whether we know he’s there or not.
This and hellfire are probably my two favorite songs in Hunchback of Notre Dame, and this just sounds amazing

The Hunchback of Norte Dame has one of the most beautiful music in Disney history, but it’s underrated as heck. This song, Out There, Heaven’s Light. Heck, Hellfire, while one of the top Disney villain songs, isn’t one of it’s best known. So seeing this kind of creative content warms my heart. Great job, Peter!

God Help the Outcast is one of Disneys best and most meaningful songs ever. So glad to see people appreciating it!
I would love to see you do a rendition of "Once Upon a December" from the movie Anastasia. It may not be a Disney or DreamWorks song, but it still works me up to tears hearing it even after so many years.

The first time that I saw your work, was some years back. I play World of Warcraft, and at the time you and your wife did an amazing piece from the music in that game. What you might would not know, is that at that time I was homeless. Of my 11+ years being where I am now, I was homeless for 7 1/2 years. I had lost more than 30 years of my life where I lived previously. But you see, I was one of those lucky ones. Yes, I 'was' homeless, and your song today reminds me of those days. Now, I can stand and say that I am no longer homeless, because I met all the right people along my Life's Path, during those years, who make it their life's work to reach out to those like me, and worse, the little ones who have no one, let alone a place to live. Far TOO many 'CHOOSE' to not see the homeless! Far TOO many CHOOSE to pass judgement when, they know nothing of the plight of people like I was, and those who still are. And old saying goes, "Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes." Regrettably that wise old saying does not get the attention it truly deserves. Thank you for your work. All of it. And thank you for the sharing. So many of your songs are inspired from many sources, but so many of them touch places you probably never knew you were touching. Thank YOU, and YOURS, and may you all BE SAFE and BE WELL!

This is amazing! And I think that it's especially appropriate for what is going on in the world today. There are many people who are outcast, or in-cast, because of the pandemic. And many people are outcast from society because of their skin color. And there are many other outcasts for many different reasons. While we can do our best to help them anyway that we can, one of the best things we can do is pray to God for them.

I love this song so much! The Hunchback of Notre Dame really has some of the best songs out there. And in my opinion the best opening, The Bells of Notre Dame
First, beautiful performance, as always :-) I WAS going to comment that it seemed strange that you hadn't done "Out There", which is probably one of the most epic and triumphant (for all the good reasons) songs I've heard in a Disney song. Then I tried to look it up on TH-cam to give you a link, and discovered two things: 1, any version of the song not from the movie itself (i.e., from the OST) is really lacking the "punch" of the in-movie scene; 2, Quasimodo's part is actually only the second half of the song. Frolo's part telling him that he's a deformed monster, and that the belltower was his only "sanctuary", is technically the first half of the song. Never mind the dead silence, change of music, change of vocalist, etc. between the two. Not sure if you're down for a more challenging arrangement, but I do not doubt that it would come out amazing!

Wow this song was truly inspiring. I was in tears. This song could've been a song that I could've used when I was in highschool, dealing with depression, loneliness, feeling like I wasn't worth anything. I could imagine talking to God with the words "I thought we were all your children". But God and his mercy, blessings, and freindships that I made through out the yrs has seen me through. I didn;t mean to get all preachy but this song was truly a blessing, the other song This Is Me was a blessing...Peter Hollens and family keep singing songs.
