He doesn’t get the recognition he deserves because he played more than six games in a season twice, but when he was on the field, he singlehandedly turned a mediocre defense into a strong one. He was only 5’8”, but he packed SO much power, earning the nickname “The Eraser” for his ability to erase the mistakes of his teammates. There’s no way the Colts would have won Super Bowl XLI without him… and he remains the last player in any of the big four American sports to go by Bob.

Nah, Giants is Mark Bavaro, easily would have been the best TE of all time if he never got injured. He was the reason for both of the giants first two superbowls as he had clutch moments in times of need

As a Raider fan, my big ‘unsung’ is Eddie Anderson. The man was a sheer best of a free safety- who could bench 550, got lots of picks. None of that was missed when Tecmo evaluated him for the first Tecmo Super Bowl. The man had an ‘81’ power level there.

For the 49ers, it's DE Cedrick Hardman. He averaged a sack in 4 out of every 5 games plus an 18 sack season! Should be a lock for the HOF--because his numbers were amassed in 14 game seasons. Therefore you can't compare his numbers to those that had more gsmes: you have to look at it from an average standpoint...
Great video, I would have went with Steve Jordan for the Vikings. Most people know Jim Marshall is an all time HOF snub but if you compare Jordan's numbers with other HOF Tight Ends of his time I was surprised just how well he stacks up.
