I don't know about anyone else, but I'd actually prefer to work from home since I'd be able to not commute and deal with people I don't like. But since I'm in production work, I don't have the luxury of that option.
It's nice that Ryohei started up a company in order to help Mai after she got fired from her job and it's nice that Mai apologized for thinking that he didn't have a job and that the two of them made up and became a couple afterwards 🥰 now their parents don't have to wait that long to see their first grandchild.😊
Even when she insulted him and mocked him for supposedly being jobless, Ryohei still looked out for Mai and started up a company to give her a job. And it's nice that Mai acknowledged how she made fun of Ryohei and apologized for it, and eventually confessing her feelings towards him. It was really sweet at the end seeing the two become a loving couple.

Aside from the sleek thumbnail,nice character designs and art style,nicely drawn backgrounds and environment, this story was garbage and rushed. The story alone ruined everything in this plot and the design here. Why are EVERY STEPSISTER such a nasty b***h? Why can't we get a stepsister who is ALWAYS nice from start to finish? Or better, NEVER DATING YOUR STEPSISTER AT ALL?

All it takes is to ask. If she assumed like his job like that, I bet she would assume lots of other things like cheating etc that could wreck their relationship in the future. Her attitude of assuming first without asking is a big red flag. Girl kinda didn’t deserve the MC
He also never bothered to correct her, and played along with her "You only play video games". He was saying "yes I am" and when she tried to get him to find a job, he went "Ill look into it later."
So its not her fault this time, she also didn't stop him from talking like the other ones from these channels do either. He could have easily got her to understand, because from the looks of it she really just wanted him to be better than he was at the moment, and he wasnt trying to be.
Doesnt matter if she asked, MC literally stated in the video he didnt view his "work" as "work" so he never bothered to tell her the truth in the first place, she is making a valid assumption from the context she has
Making assumptions regardless of the supposed absence of or availability viable evidence without actually getting clarification and confirmation from the source is exactly why misunderstanding happen. Personally people are to afraid to stuck up and to concerned with how others view them as well as how society in general will evaluate them. It’s easer to assume things and not get actually confirmation then to get actual confirmation…..
