Yoda To be a Mandalorian, You need to be involved in their culture. Jango probably and Bobba is his son, tutored by his Mandalorian father. Clone could have DNA of a Mandalorian, but his not his culture.
its much simpler in the old Canon that Mandalorians were the practioners of a warrior culture and not limited by race or planet of origin. the current Canon is tredding into Aryan Pride territory every Mandalorians has pale white skin, blonde hair and blue eyes, Sabine's sister is the only person on mandalore with dark hair.
You need to get your eyes (head?) examined. Sabine does not have pale white skin--she's an olive-toned beaut. She looks closer to ISIS than Aryan Pride.
I saw the whole "no he wasn't Mandalorian" thing as trying to remove blame from themselves and trying to remove themselves from their violent and bloody history.
Given the episode of SWTCW you referenced was before the Disney buyout, I have a theory that heavily references the Legends continuity: Almec and Satine were the leaders of the New Mandalorians, who were against violence and war. Therefore, they'd likely want to distance themselves from clans who were well known for their violent history, such as Clan Fett. This history can be traced back to Cassus Fett, a Mandalorian Field Marshal who served as Mandalore the Ultimate's second in command during the Mandalorian Wars. Cassus was well known for his brutal tactics, specifically the massacre he waged against the Cathar race that nearly drove them to extinction. These actions made Cassus the most wanted man in the galaxy after the war, forcing him into hiding for the rest of his life. 300 years later, Cassus's descendant, Khomo Fett, was a lieutenant of Mandalore the Avenger during the Revolt against the Eternal Empire. He too was well known for his bloodlust, dreaming of bringing back the glory days of the Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders, despite his superiors disbelief that this was their people's path forward. Given the bloody history of the Clan Fett, it is no surprise that the New Mandalorians would want to disavow them. Seeing as Jango Fett was observed to be the last surviving member of Clan Fett, they likely saw it as more convenient to say that Jango Fett was not a Mandalorian at all and allow his family's memory to fade away into dust.
Sturfelt , he didnt know he was force sensitive until a jedi master (i forgot the name) found and trained him, then he became a jedi master and in a few hundred years, he became grand master... idk lol
I think Rex was never promoted to Commander because he wanted to stay with the 501st all the time as Cody commanded both the 212th Legion and (I believe) the 7th Star Corps. Also Ahsoka is constantly referred to as Commander so it would make sense that you've got General Skywalker, Commander Tano, Captain Rex etc.
Vanity Legend It's the 212th Battalion, and it was a unit within the 7th Sky Corps. Cody lead the 7th Sky, therefore because the 212th is within it, he also commanded it.
I always interpreted what Almec said as him just denying that there are still Mandalorian Warriors in existence because he was trying to maintain their new pacifist culture. Also I think Rex stayed Captain because Ahsoka was Anakin's commander.
Why were there only humans in the Rebel Alliance in Episodes 4 and 5, and yet in Episode 6, there were more alien species in the Alliance such as Mon Calamari and Sullustans?
I think he explained in a Q&A a while back that it was due to a lack of budget in the first 2 movies. His in universe answer was that after the destruction of the first death star more alien species were inspired to join the rebellion.
Seeing as we have a Mon Calamari general with Radiche in Rogue One, and how were shown that the Rebellion is more of a collection of groups initially rather than one cohesive military in the same film, it would probably be safe to assume that the team that attacked the Death Star was mostly, if not entirely, the Mon Mothma faction. The other factions may have coalesced together after the first Death Star fell.
The Galactic Civil War ended to quickly in the new canon? It took 5 years (more than WWI, ya know?) The Clone Wars ended after 3 years and no one bat an eye (because it's normal) Having a war that is taking 10-15 years to finish doesn't make it more realistic
According to Wookieepedia Cassus Fett was a Mandalorian Field Marshal who lived during the time of the Mandalorian Wars. Fett was an aide-de-camp to Mandalore the Ultimate, leader of the Mandalorians, and he was highly influential in areas throughout Mandalorian society. Fett spearheaded the promotion of the Neo-Crusader movement, a sect of Mandalorian society with a more regimented structure and standardized armor than the hitherto dominant Mandalorian Crusaders. By exerting control over the clans and providing a means of converting conquered cultures into Neo-Crusaders, Fett turned the Mandalorians into a war machine intent on galactic conquest. Many years later, his descendants, Jango and Boba Fett, would live up to his legacy. Now, this may or may not be Canon, but it is used by Star Wars: The Old Republic MMORPG, and Knights of the Old Republic as Canon. SWTOR game also features Khomo Fett and Vorten Fett as notable NPCs. See Wookieepedia for more information.
Christina Ho isn't mandalorian a culture tho not a race? In old canon there was an ancient mando race that took in other races, but they soon died out.
It is true that anyone can be a Mandilorian, but it was a very very difficult culture to become included in if you weren't from Mandilor or one of their moons. However, if you also take into account that there is a clan Fett, then the Fetts must have been there for a long time if they weren't natural born, and would have received a great deal of resistance and hate for starting their own clan instead of just joining an already existing one.
Just today I was thinking how cool it would be if we got a Mandalorian short series, kinda like Game of Thrones. One scene I really wanted was that there was a meeting of all the different houses and families, and then Pre Viszla barged in and was like: ''The Viszlas send their regards'', and then they killed the leaders of the houses [inspired from the Red Wedding]. So, yeah, that would have been cool. After that, he could have held ANOTHER meeting and then taken out the darksaber, and everyone bowed before him, and then he attacked the New Mandalorians, and the Jedi got involved...
Guillermo Alvarez except that happen just a couple years after the foundation of the empire, long before rebels takes place. Disney has made pretty clear that they aren't going to follow the older canon. that now they could change this and and cover the clone uprising as part of new canon, but they seem happy with just taking the base ideas from legends and then tweaking them... a lot.
The novelization for Revenge of the Sith isn't really canon per say, but in it, Palpatine contacted the commanders individually purely for his own satisfaction. He basically wanted to "execute" each Jedi general with his words. And he left Yoda for last because he wanted him to feel each of his fellows die before finally going down himself.
Why do you think Palpatine called Cody by his name when issuing order 66 as opposed to the other clones he spoke to which were not as personal. I find this particularly odd because there never seems to be any interaction between the two characters that would warrant a message such as this. Thanks so much and keep on keeping on :-)
Makisupa Dude Maybe he called Cody personally because he saw Obi-Wan as a huge threat to his plans and wanted to make 100% sure that his message got through and that Cody would follow the order.
I'm almost sure that the original novelization of TESB referenced two things about Boba Fett. 1: that he was a bounty hunter who wore Mandalorian armor. In other words, he's not but stole or acquired the armor at some point. 2: I seem to recall there also being a reference that Mandalorian armor was resistant to Jedi Force powers. Haven't seen that reference since, but always stuck with me and assumed it would be explored as the some point. Under Disney canon restructuring we have so many new novels including reissued original trilogy novelizations. I know they added something to the Star Wars story (brief scene on Millennium Falcon while Luke is practicing with lightsaber, Obi-Wan touches R2 and whispers it's nice to travel with him again showing they did recognize each other but were being secretive to keep Luke focused on Kenobi's revenge path) and now I wonder if they kept this Fett armor references in TESB. I guess I have to read them.
I think the inhibitor chips just quelled the clones' ability to say "No." Palpatine tells them to kill Jedi and the chip goes off on hearing that command, so the clone recognises it and cannot go against it.
I always wondered, since the explanation of Lightsaber crystals has changed, what does the Darksaber or the Black Lightsaber's reason for turning into that type of blade.
Speedminty I think it’s something about Mandalore’s honor driven culture that gives a person the right emotional state and mind set to produce a black kyber crystal. There is only one darksaber and it was created by the only Mandalorian Jedi.
When Commander Cody was issued Order 66, Palpatine addressed him directly - "Commander Cody, execute Order 66" - so did he send a message to each clone commander separately? How many of them were there at the time?
There is a clan Fett in Mandilorian culture. If you take that into account, then Almeck's word has to be interpreted as just being snooty. Or they could have be excommunicated (or something like that) from the Mandilorian culture and in taking their armor with them was seen as stealing it.
I always thought Han Solo just got caught up with the rebellion like helping get the base moved from Yavin IV to Hoth. You'd think the rebellion could have sent a courier to Jabba with the credits to cover Han.
If we were to see Bounty Hunters like Dengar, Bossk or Boba Fett in the Han Solo movie, who do you think we would see? How much would we see them? What purpose would they serve to the plot?
+Darth Revan I wouldn't mind an R rated Star Wars film as long as it met two requirements. 1) Not include violence, language, sex, etc. just for the sake of being edgy. Include everything that would counter a PG rating for a real purpose. 2) Ensure the movie is non-essential to the series as a whole. Star Wars started off kid friendly, and the main story should stay that way. Many audiences, even some adults, will avoid a gritty, dirty film, so it would be best not to have a bunch of holes in the storyline for people who chose not to see it. It would be unfair, especially to children whose parents didn't let them watch the movie, to make the movie essential to understand the rest of the series.
ΝΙΚΟΣ ΝΙΚΟΣ I'd watch it, but not a live-action one... That would just look really weird. I'd like the team of the clone wars to make an animated feature!
Kailee Walden Yeah an R rated film would be great but like you said only if it was done right, I could see them doing an R rated knights of the old republic or sith anthology film showcasing the true nature and ideology of the force
Star Wars Rivals makes me think of the eternal twins from the Knights of the Old Republic game. Their rivalry growing up and their lives of one being better than the other one.
I recall reading in Starlog or another Sci-fi mag in the 80s or 90s that Lucas said Boba Fett was always just a Bounty Hunter who scavenged battle used Mandalore armor. Of course that changed a little when he added Jango to the canon in the Prequels.
About the holo-messages; it's possible that Palpatine personally contacted only clone commanders/captains who served under the Jedi Council members because he wanted to be sure that the Council members would die. I mean he contacted Cody who served under Obi-Wan, the pilot who worked under Plo Koon, Grey who served under Depa Bilabad or Gree who served under Yoda. About the bounty hunters/Star Wars: Rivals; I think it would be a good idea to make a show about bounty hunters. Perhaps the main topic could be how Bobba rose through the "ranks" and replaced Cad Bane as the best bounty hunter in the galaxy.
Personally i don't care about the original trilogies theatrical versions because I love the current Blu Ray versions. And also I love the prequels too.
ReggeBrother I infact would want a complete edit of the original trilogy. The duel between Obi-Wan and Vader should be better, Ewan McGregor, space battles, and also Hayden's face with an older makeup when Luke opens his helmet. I know all Star Wars fans wouldn't agree with me on this but that's what I want. LOL.
Technically Jango is a Mandalorian as he is a Foundling. Someone who was found young and was inducted into the Mandalorian culture and ways. Boba on the other hand it’s up for debate
@@Uncle_Jacob unaltered clone to be specific. Actual clones are the clonetroopers who aren't mandalorian because they never studied the ways and culture of the mandalorians. Jango left a book that was filled with mandalorian history and customs for Boba to read in case of an untimely death from Jango. Boba is a mandalorian in my opinion.
I would love it if Zsinj was still a Imperial warlord in canon, he was such a foil for the New Republic during it's early years in legends and he was also much like Thrawn in many ways, he was unorthodox. They brought Thrawn back into canon (i hope they don't kill him in Rebels!), They have to bring Zsinj back in some capacity, hell, bring back Ysanne Isard and Dalaa too, those are my fave post-BoE legend Imperials.
some of the leading searches on google before rogue one came out were about it's placement in the trilogy. I can't imagine the confusion 25,000 years in the past
Is there an ejection system in the X-Wing and how would the pilot survive? I remember Porkins was told to eject in the battle of Yavin, but how would he have survived without a space helmet?
It sounds like they are setting up some very interesting storylines for the Mandalorians. I look forward to seeing when and how they start to really pick up on those.
I thought it was pretty clear in Empire based on Hans rank and his relationship with Leah, that he got really involved with the rebels and was busy setting up a secret base and was hoping Leah would give him a reason to come back, before he left.
Almec, who said Jango wasn't Mandalorian, also solidly stated that the Death Watch /does not/ exist, and we all see how accurate he was on /that/ count...
6:22 this got me thinking, how would you feel about an open-world game taking place in between RotJ and TFA where you are perhaps a member of Luke's new Jedi, going up against multiple different factions, varying from crime syndicates to former Imperial officers that control their own sections of space, where you aid in liberating occupied areas in the galaxy? Think of it as a hybrid between Shadow of Mordor, The Force Unleashed and Uncharted.
How could the Hosnian explosion be seen from Takodana? For one thing it would be too small to see because of about 100'000 lightyears distance and for another thing it would be first seen about 100'000 years later. Is there any explanation or didn't JJ Abrams switch on his brain?
Here's the issue. We've seen from the way the Protectors reacted to Sabine, that Mandalorians take a major issue with non-Mando's wearing the armor. So, when Jango got the Protectors to train Clone Pilots, things would have gone downhill fast if he weren't a Mandalorian. On top of that, the New Mandalorians were pacifists and discounted all warriors as being true Mandalorians.
I had asked about why the uniforms of both Imperial and Rebel troops keep so many "pens" in there pockets and sleeves. A recent episode of Rebels shows them being used as data storage, ID chips. That saves on paper I guess.
Jango Fett is from Concord Dawn, Concord Dawn was a Mandalorian Colony. The Fett name isn't just a name it's a clan .The most famous clan member, other than Jango, and Boba was Cassus Fett the first in command under Mandalore The Ultimate, where he had a heavy in increasing the Mandalorian territory exponentially.
I think the situation for Jango and Bobba was kind of like ww2 vet Jack Churchill. He was technically born in Hong Kong. He, however, was a child of British parents that were part of the British establishment/government. Jack would later become basically a real life walking human flag (to a point it is comical) like how Captain America is in Marvel. He is British, but it is understandable and easy for a person to twist things to make it seem he is not 100% because of his birth in Hong Kong.
In Rogue One, X-Wing laser cannons picked up a new alternate sound at times (namely when they destroy the Star Destroyer's shield generator and strafing towers on the shield gate.). This sound appeared in A New Hope when Luke strafes the Death Star, but I always assumed it was the sound of Ricochets, or something like that, since it immediately followed the classic X-wing cannon sound. Rogue One implies differently. Do you think it's the sound of some supercharged shot the X-wing laser cannons can make, powerful but in short bursts? Intrigued by this choice made by the sound editors, but it's growing on me.
The Fetts are Mandalorians because in Legends Boba Fett becomes Mandalore and if They wouldn't allow Darth Maul to be Mandalore due to heritage reasons Its more than fair to say The Fetts are Mandalorians and do keep in mind every Mandalorian Clan is different
Regarding the space pay pal, remember that Rako Hardeen episode in The Clone Wars in which he gets money from the Jedi to buy a ship in Nal Hutta, so there's something like that, but maybe Han doesn't have access to it lol
Question for the next qna, do you think that we will see them use the young force ghosts for everyone or do you think that they will use cgi to make them all old? personally I like the old original force ghosts
Why was blood seen when Obi Wan "Old Ben" Kenobi's lightsaber cut off Ponda Baba's arm but, for example, in the Ahsoka book when the Sixth Brother cut the rodian rebel in half it specifically said there was no blood?
I figured the reason Han Solo never payed off Jabba between ANH and ESB is because he got caught up with the Rebel cause. At the beginning of ESB, despite it being a few years later, he's still going on about how he needs to get away from Hoth to pay back his debt, but then he gets pulled back into the rebel cause because he's got too good of a heart. I think during that entire time, he was constantly trying to go pay Jabba, but also constantly getting caught up with the Rebels, and eventually he lost track of time.
In Legends, Jango was adopted into the Mandalorians by Jaster Mareel. It "could" still be true in Canon; Jango being adopted into the Mandalorians & eventually becoming an "official" Mandalorian.
Im cool with how quickly the war ended because they provided a good reason for it. Palpatine didn't want his empire to continue without him and he made damn sure that his top agents where prepared to end it.
I really like Boba & Jango Fett and I don’t mind if their story makes them distant Mandalorians or if their ancestors were outsiders who crossed paths with the Mandalorian, but they fully accepted their entire culture.
If you could cast any actor of your personal choosing to portray Grand Admiral Thrawn in a live action setting who do you think could pull it off? Happy Birthday Alex and May The Force Be With You!
Prime Minister Almec makes a similar statement when asked about Jango in TCW. "Jango Fett was a common bounty hunter. I have no idea how he acquired that armor." Is it possible that Mandalorian nobles look down on those warriors who became bounty hunters? I think this is case; Mandalorians of higher status disregarding a lower Mandalorian as such because the latter has chosen participate in behavior considered dishonorable.
Thanks for answering my question! I'd love to see Cody on Rebels too, I wonder if he'd see Rex as a traitor seeing as he's a rebel and we assume Cody is training storm troopers like in legends, thanks again
Do you think Thrawn will die at all in Rebels? Because the hints in the Empire's end (palpatine using data from Thrawn) could point to Thrawn going to the unknown regoins of space like he did in legends?
Do you think they'll ever cover the remaining surviving jedi that seem to have been forgotten by disney like Eeth Koth, and Yaddle and them, what do you think happened
I think Jango Fett is Mandalorian too and Almec might personally reject bounty hunters as less or "common" compared Mandalorian. However Almec is a kind of slick traitor to Mandalore. I believe Boba Fett is by birth or creation Kaminoan with possible Mandalorian roots.
Gotta admit though some of the special addition changes are good for example the battle of yavin and the changes to cloud city to make it look more like a real city, they're not all bad
I think Star Wars: Rivals sounds like it could be a show about Han and Chewie being rivals to Bossk and Boba Fett, with them all working for Jabba the Hutt, between Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope. I think that would be great marketing for the Han Solo Spinoff movie as well which I think Boba will be the main villain of.
Questions: I was recently making a lego hammered head corvette when I noticed that the ship in rogue one and the ones depicted in rebels are not the same. Rogue on has some saddle bags or something on the side of the ship.
Disney had said that you understand stuff in The Last Jedi you need to have watched The Clone Wars, how much do you think there will be to understand as many people will not have seen The Clone Wars
+TheAnime Warrior I have the same question. I would hope, personally, that every person won't have to watch several seasons of a TV show just to understand a 2-2 1/5 hour movie.
Question: I have seen a article about a government called the New Separatist Union on Wookieepedia. It is mentioned in Empire's End, but I haven't got the chance to read it yet. Does it have anything to do with the Confederacy of Independent Systems?
The clone trooper helmets had an internal radio, what probably happened was that Palpatine sent the message to the commander with the activation code being order 66 and the commander in turn relayed that order and code
On Han not paying Jabba, I think the simplest explanation is to assume that he passed the expiration date for that. It's not farfetched to assume that Jabba, with his giant pride, would be ready to pay way more than what Han owed him for bounty hunters to kill or capture Han for him.
Jack Joa He traded his Admiral rank in the Navy to a Colonel rank in the Imperial Security Bureau (their type of CIA) He didn't get demoted, just switched careers
In an unfinished episode of clone wars, Boba and Bane engages in a duel, resulting with Bane being shot in the torso, and Boba being shot in the forehead, resulting in the dent in the helmet.
I didn't interpret those crystal in the Empire's End chapter as Kybers. Why would the Empire take a ton of crystals from this cave and leave others? Only the ones in the crate were Kyber crystals and the others were regular colored crystals.
If Jango fett is mandalorian, that would mean that the whole damn clone army is mandalorian. THE MANDALORIANS KILLED THE JEDI!!!
Yoda star wars is explained now
Yoda To be a Mandalorian, You need to be involved in their culture. Jango probably and Bobba is his son, tutored by his Mandalorian father.

+Lunarl Mune Yeah. And this (additionally to the blasphemic PACIFIST MANDALORIANS) is exactly why I despise new canon Mandalore.
You need to get your eyes (head?) examined. Sabine does not have pale white skin--she's an olive-toned beaut. She looks closer to ISIS than Aryan Pride.
I saw the whole "no he wasn't Mandalorian" thing as trying to remove blame from themselves and trying to remove themselves from their violent and bloody history.

it will probably not be explored
Sturfelt , he didnt know he was force sensitive until a jedi master (i forgot the name) found and trained him, then he became a jedi master and in a few hundred years, he became grand master...
idk lol
FlaMasker That's not cannon.
I probably won't. In legends they kind of showed it to us but they didn't go to far into it.
It won't.

Social justice retards complaining about nonhumans not being represented
Darth Venom
Because of studio budget and the phrase “wouldn’t it be cool if...”
Darth Venom It's all because of budget. In the Star Wars universe they were most likely there.

In the films, why were the eyeholes on stormtrooper helmets in different positions than others?
Btw Happy Birthday!
Ming Mong The molds the helmets were made from were hand-sculpted, so some of the details on the helmets were asymmetrical.
RaginSpartan86 pretty sure he wants to know a in-universe-explanaition
Ming Mong Probably because the Empire did not have very good quality control
Ming Mong They had different armor phases. Some are more durable, but don't allow for maneuverability. Others are light and allow for greater mobility
Q&A Is there any characters or events from Star Wars legends that you wouldn't want to see become cannon?
T-Braayn A cannon is a weapon used on Naval vessels.
T-Braayn I'm pretty sure you mean Canon.
Starkiller. So overpowered and unfittinng in the universe.
starkiller isnt overpowered at all compared to some of the shit in legends
Dancing Deity I would agree with you if maul wasn't so well developed and badass in the clone wars. And frankly the movies didn't do him justice.
If you could change or erase anything from the Star Wars cannon what would it be (midichlorians and jar jar don't count)
RML Co darth mauls phantom death I would have kept him alive in killed him off in revenge
I'd just correct all the continuity errors Lucas created
I'd erase all skywalkers just for the lols and to see what would happen
RML Co A cannon is a weapon used on Naval vessels.
The OP Starkiller Base SMH
The Fetts are just humans that adopted Mandalorian traditions.
Christina Ho isn't mandalorian a culture tho not a race? In old canon there was an ancient mando race that took in other races, but they soon died out.
Pat Dolan Yeah, I mean culture. I saw a Star Wars video on it like a couple years ago. It seemed like a religion type thing. Like anyone can be one.
mandalorians can be ANY race.
In Legends, that was the case. Now seems to be a race/species for whatever reason.
It is true that anyone can be a Mandilorian, but it was a very very difficult culture to become included in if you weren't from Mandilor or one of their moons.

I have a headcanon too! My shrink calls it schizophrenia.
i want to see kamino's last stand on star wars rebels. Clone troopers vs storm troopers
I think if that did happen it would be earlier in the timeline. Rebels is close to Rogue One.
LegoTurtle Brickfilms
you gotta admit that would be cool.
Yeah it would. I'd love a whole book about something like that happening.
Guillermo Alvarez except that happen just a couple years after the foundation of the empire, long before rebels takes place. Naahh... stormtroopers are bad. Clones actually killed some

You do such great videos. I'm really glad you popped up and gained such traction as a TH-cam voice in the Star Wars community.

Wish we could've seen dantooine in today's episode
nice birthday gift!
I always wondered, since the explanation of Lightsaber crystals has changed, what does the Darksaber or the Black Lightsaber's reason for turning into that type of blade.
good question.
Speedminty good thought, disney screwed themselves with that one
Speedminty the absence of emotions maybe
Speedminty I think it’s something about Mandalore’s honor driven culture that gives a person the right emotional state and mind set to produce a black kyber crystal. There is only one darksaber and it was created by the only Mandalorian Jedi.
How did Commando Gregor, not only survive, but also get his chip removed?
Happy birthday Alex! Have a great day! =)
It says on Jango's Canon wiki that he was from Concord Dawn, a Mandalorian colony System (just like he was in Ledgends)
Would you like to watch an anthology film about the clone wars?
ΝΙΚΟΣ ΝΙΚΟΣ i would love an R rated one with huge battles and stuff
Kailee Walden Yeah an R rated film would be great but like you said only if it was done right, I could see them doing an R rated knights of the old republic or sith anthology film showcasing the true nature and ideology of the force
yes yes yes yes yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ALEX!
LOL.
Yall Check out A New Hope Revisited. Its the best version of A New Hope Out there.
ReggeBrother same
ReggeBrother I agree.👍
These comments are fun to read after season 2 episode 6.
lol yeah
It's possible Almec was just saving face, since having a Mandolorian being so closely tied to the war muddle Mandalore's neutral stance.
Technically Jango is a Mandalorian as he is a Foundling. Someone who was found young and was inducted into the Mandalorian culture and ways. Boba on the other hand it’s up for debate
If that is the case, then Boba is a Mandalorian, as he was "found" young and inducted into the Mandalorian culture and ways by Jango.
Actually Boba is a clone of Jango
@@Uncle_Jacob unaltered clone to be specific. Actual clones are the clonetroopers who aren't mandalorian because they never studied the ways and culture of the mandalorians. Jango left a book that was filled with mandalorian history and customs for Boba to read in case of an untimely death from Jango. Boba is a mandalorian in my opinion.
I would love it if Zsinj was still a Imperial warlord in canon, he was such a foil for the New Republic during it's early years in legends and he was also much like Thrawn in many ways, he was unorthodox. They brought Thrawn back into canon (i hope they don't kill him in Rebels!), They have to bring Zsinj back in some capacity, hell, bring back Ysanne Isard and Dalaa too, those are my fave post-BoE legend Imperials.
mandalorian isn't a species it's a philosophy and a belief of strength and honour
I agree with you about the Fetts, especially since Jango is from Concord Dawn, a Mandalorian world
some of the leading searches on google before rogue one came out were about it's placement in the trilogy. I can't imagine the confusion 25,000 years in the past
Is there an ejection system in the X-Wing and how would the pilot survive? I remember Porkins was told to eject in the battle of Yavin, but how would he have survived without a space helmet?
Why Galen Erso did not tell Saw Guerera that the empire was building a super weapon before Kroenic finds him at his farm ?
Alexis L. Because back on the republic he took an oath of secrecy
But in an episode of Star Wars the Clone Wars Mace Windu picked up Jango Fetts helmet and said it was from a mandalorion.
Happy birthday dude!! Congrats on your Biggs cosplay.
You can be a mandalorian from any race, it’s a clan, the clones aren’t because they chose not to be in the clan and stuff
Do you think we'll see Separatist warships among the Alliance fleet in Rebels?
Anyone else want a old republic movie like seriously sith troopers, and those old soilders and army
In the legends book Scoundrels, which is a fantastic read, the explanation is given that Han was boarded and robbed by pirates.
I would say rivals sounds more like a mobile game, but if it was a TV show, I'd like it to be similar to Cowboy Bebop
Are you going to Star Wars Celebration? Will you have a fan meet up? I'm going and can't wait!
Q&A Do you think Crix Madine and Admiral Ackbar will appear in Rebels?
Because the hints in the Empire's end (palpatine using data from Thrawn) could point to Thrawn going to the unknown regoins of space like he did in legends?
did the jedi discriminate against some species, like they wouldnt allow them to join the jedi order because of their species?
killer davies7 as far as canon and legends go there's nothing stating that ever happening and in Legends there even was a Hutt Jedi
Happy Birthday, Brother!
Happy birthday Alex and remember two have an awesome birthday
Happy Birthday Alex! :D
I meant to then add "what is that and why"
Disney had said that you understand stuff in The Last Jedi you need to have watched The Clone Wars, how much do you think there will be to understand as many people will not have seen The Clone Wars
Rhys Williams When have they said that?
+TheAnime Warrior I have the same question. I would hope, personally, that every person won't have to watch several seasons of a TV show just to understand a 2-2 1/5 hour movie.
TheAnime Warrior I can't remember when but I read it on Facebook
Rhys Williams I hope that's not true
Utmostseeker 834 I'm not sure I read it on social media so I don't know whether it's true, so that's why I'm asking Alex
Question: I have seen a article about a government called the New Separatist Union on Wookieepedia. It is mentioned in Empire's End, but I haven't got the chance to read it yet. Does it have anything to do with the Confederacy of Independent Systems?
Laughed so hard when the video started!
The clone trooper helmets had an internal radio, what probably happened was that Palpatine sent the message to the commander with the activation code being order 66 and the commander in turn relayed that order and code
well i read a a character guide which is canon jango came from concard dawn which is a mandalorian control moon
Do you think they should step away from the sky walker story line?
On Han not paying Jabba, I think the simplest explanation is to assume that he passed the expiration date for that. It's not farfetched to assume that Jabba, with his giant pride, would be ready to pay way more than what Han owed him for bounty hunters to kill or capture Han for him.
Why was Wullf Yularen demoted from admiral to colonel?
Jack Joa He traded his Admiral rank in the Navy to a Colonel rank in the Imperial Security Bureau (their type of CIA) He didn't get demoted, just switched careers
In an unfinished episode of clone wars, Boba and Bane engages in a duel, resulting with Bane being shot in the torso, and Boba being shot in the forehead, resulting in the dent in the helmet.
Why was there a blood cloud when Obi-Wan chopped Maul in half?
Photon sword
That was red koolaid that Maul was saving.
@@areyoujelton actually got a good chuckle out of me lol
I didn't interpret those crystal in the Empire's End chapter as Kybers. Why would the Empire take a ton of crystals from this cave and leave others? Only the ones in the crate were Kyber crystals and the others were regular colored crystals.
In a Disney star wars character book, it says jango is from concord dawn and a mandalorian.
I hope they make Boba Fett and Jango Fett mandalorians again. Mandalorians wouldn't become a thing if it wasn't for Boba Fett and his badass armor.
How did Darth Vader track the Tantive IV to Tatooine when it jumped into hyperspace at the end of Rogue One?
