In Ghana here, artisans need another's genuine permission to take up their jobs that have bn taken away from them by owners, for fear of the previous artisan doing something to them. especially death

This nonsense have to stop.from when do Artisans think,no one can take they Jobs from them if they not up to task? And who is the minister in charge for that department please or we all have make sure a contract have to be signed up,
