Mr Webnation I was about to asked you can you do a part 2. This is a brilliant interview . I also follow her channel. Well done Patience its not easy at all.
Having a Bed rooms on ground floor is a must in any storey building especially when one gets older going up stairs can become hard or impossible for most older people.
I’m a Nigerian and an American living in the United States and I absolutely loved your guest, the house and this content! We are in a similar situation and every video from around Africa is an inspiration. Thank you for carrying us along. Loved it all the way to the end🎉❤
@ are you for real? I can not believe how you would question someone else’s achievement that they worked so hard for. Please your quarrel is not with her nor her success!
I also brought 2 plots of land in the same area year 2007 but very cheap my is 200/97 for €7000 that means I was very lucky I already built on one remaining one
Can you please share her carpenter’s information- they did an incredible job with the mirror and other pieces. I would love to give them my business on our home.
@JonGreeny you equally need to read and pick up cues, the person who asked that question will know why those roads aren’t tarred if he or she is a Ghanaian. Common sense perhaps ? 😊
UK is like a toilet compare to the space they occupy now. You can't get such property in UK. Even if you get one, you need to sell yourself, your children grand parents and great grand parents to own it. Africa is the best place to live.
East Legon Hills and East Legon are substandard. Ghana needs new and better planned communities. Building big houses without any advanced road planning, addressing systems and zoning is useless just like we see in many so called ''rich'' neighbourhoods in Ghana.
It's so annoying to tell a Ghanaian about a criminal /fraudulent incident which happened to you. Instead of sympathy they will usually seek to dismiss or diminish the criminality. 'Nevermind, let it go' or in this case 'let me tell you the good side'. So you are still angry at the incident, and now you are also annoyed at the person who doesnt recognise the impact of the crime. PS. My mother also bought us a full set of encyclopaedias and a massive atlas!
Interviewer especially for people who were born or have lived abroad, they are usually not comfortable talking about their marriage, religion, their finances, and their jobs. You only talk about them when they bring it up. Otherwise, stay away. This is just an observation that will make future interviews better. Thanks
@@ianbrown592 a foreigner cannot own land, only lease. There's a lot of land scams, so please be careful. There's dozens of victims on TH-cam trying to warn people.
You need to know the difference between commercial and private properties. More so, 10yr old architectural designs won’t be the same as now. I can bet you that my house is better and nicer than yours, I can bet that her house is nicer than yours and I can bet that you don’t own a house, just show us yours.
Patience seems like a lovely woman, and the house is perfect. She's an example of "hard work pays."
I like this lady, I watch her on her TH-cam chanel She is amazing. Very inspiring. You can tell she has a vision and she gradually execute it.
Florence is just as beautiful and elegant as her house. Great job. I'm writing from the States.
Meant Patience...

I am so proud of you 🎊 🎉I love you but God loves you more 🙏🏽❤️❤️❤
Love you too much! 🙏🏽🥰 😘 ❤❤❤
Where are the trees though?! Any know why Ghana homes and neighborhoods lack greenery?
Certainly not my dream home. Concrete jungle and you know that must get hot.
Beautiful home well done I know it's not easy 🙏❤️
This was a great interview with Patience, I love her channel.
Beautiful home. Just want to know if you are not in Ghana, who takes care of your home so, it’s not burgled.

That’s incredible 🔥
@ I need to invite you when I come to Ghana
WEB NATION ME DAASE FOR BRINGING ME THIS INFO THANKS
I hope you subscribed and shared with your friends too
Beautiful House 🎉
From the drone shots, I realized most of the compounds in the area has no trees. Absolutely, no vegetation.
Cape Coast is the city of trees❤
Yeh strange that especially in Africa.
Hot as hell with all that concrete.
I Love it sis❤
Great job, but train your cameraman to actually zoom in on the things that are being described. We don't need to see the person describing the object
It is such a beautiful house. ..
Beautiful house
I don’t why no govt is tries not to ban and enforce this land guard thing in Accra
when you build roads it's gonna look beautiful
Can you please share her carpenter’s information- they did an incredible job with the mirror and other pieces. I would love to give them my business on our home.
She is Ghanaian
The houses are so beautiful.
Why aren't the roadways paved?
They are waiting for the government to come and do it although they can come together and do it.
Are you not Ghanaian?
@JonGreeny yes I’m a Ghanaian.
@@everymanisyourteacher9951 I didn't ask you a question. You need to read well.

why no roads or pavements ?
What was the meaning of this video?when the cameraman doesn’t even show well the house but more the faces only 😢😢😢😢shuuiii
🥰
Why nice houses with untarred roads
you build and they will come
Beautiful. What area is this?
East legon hills
Beautiful homes with absolutely no finished road. Can't the so-called rich folks in the area come together and make the roads a little better?
Apart from east legon hills which eRea you think may be the future

Why do all the houses have walls around them? Just curious. I wanna purchase a property and build my retirement home in Ghana.
B'cos that's what and how we live in Ghana.
Also for Security reasons
@patkumi7309 question, if I were to purchase a plot to build on about five years from bow, should I wall it in now??
Yeah

Why can’t they pave the streets in that community?
That's not true, $10,000 for just a land in Ghana by 2009 is false it should be cheaper than that 2009 common mahn
Ghanaian home designs are so uninspiring.
You wish
We equate size with luxury. As long as it is big and a storey building then it is a ‘mansion’.
