This would be entertaining if it wasnt for the fact that doing this type of work for anything longer than a couple hours is basically self-inflicted lead poisoning. By the time any noticeable symptoms show up, its way too late and the damage is already done
This man has great skills to remanufacture a battery by hand with basic tools.

Этот Мастер самый лучший .. я многих пересмотрел.. форма отливки у него с отверстием ни чего там не запаивает на корпусе все в старые отверстия подходит.все прокладочки крышку внутри приклеил в отличии от остальных. единственное что смущает это отливка токовывода. не уверен что просто налив на пенек свинца она хорошо возьмется.а так профи ну по всем мелочам это видно..

Yes by charging on a big charger it's better to remove caps.
If high amperage, yes
as it creates a lot of hydrogen & if sealed, it could build pressure & crack the case.

Draining the acid directly onto the street or ground! Do they not realize that this eventually goes into the ground and into the water table and it affects the drinking water eventually
Drinkable water is around 100 feet deep and i think this is not going this much deep into the ground.

Fortunately, lead poisoning mostly affects the nervous system and cognitive functions, so you don't have to worry about it.

Don't be worried about acid contaminating the ground water, because
if your Coke or Pepsi goes flat, acid brings a little zip back to the flavour :)

@@SkillSpotter вы этому трудяге скажите зачем от от крышки отбивает клеммы. просто берешь ручную дрель сверло на 10 мм и сверху клемму сверлишь на 5мм. клеммы припаяна к стержню пластин сверху

Making is different and the making is to start from what is required material/ chemicals for anode and cathode plates making and then start is from the grill and then make one by one anode and cathode plates filling materials mixing ratio and heating etc.
You are just assembling the new parts of the battery and most of all technical people know that process that how to assemble but the people like to know how to make anode and cathode plates and how to mix those materials with accurate ratio, okay?
