The house has a nice layout. Backyard is a good size and the shed is a plus. The whole house needs to be repainted and all new flooring. The "front yard" needs to be pressure washed to remove the green and black slime. Nice quiet neighborhood. I hope the price of the house is negotiable due to the specific buyers it will attract.
With this house, it's all about cosmetics. Fewer slabs and some landscaping would greatly improve the curb appeal to an otherwise attractive house. The rooms are a good size, and all they need is some paint and new carpeting. The kitchen might benefit with a re-do, though it's functional as is. Better to do your own updating than pay for someone else's taste!
