    Elon Musk reveals Overwhelming Parameters Giga Press 16,000T! Analysis Model Y and Model 2 Chassis!
    What do you think if we call Toyota professional copycats? Everything has a clear cause; listen. In 2021, Tesla stirred up the market with the Model Y SUV, with a starting price of about $40,000. Realizing Tesla's success, Toyota also immediately launched a Bz4X SUV with the same price as the Model Y. Perhaps you will think that this is a move to catch up with the trend, but recently Toyota continued to reuse this script. Instead of copying electric cars, this manufacturer switched to copying Tesla's proprietary machine, the "giga press". However, Toyota will probably need a long time, like the movie "General Hospital," to catch up with Tesla after this machine was recently leaked and improved to 16,000 tons. So how is Giga Press being upgraded?
    Let’s find out in today’s episode of Tesla Car World! Welcome back to our channel. Before we begin, please show your support by subscribing, if you haven’t already, and ringing the bell so you won't miss out on any of our interesting videos in the future. Now, let’s get started with today's content!
    The Giga Press is produced and fabricated by an Italian enterprise known as Idra. So far, there have been about 20 Idra presses finished, and Tesla has the most of them. It's a futuristic machine, and because it's so heavy, you'd have to build a special floor to accommodate it. According to reports from Reuters, the Giga Press is poised to undergo certain modifications that will further enhance its superiority over the existing 9,000-ton clamping systems.

    As a retired tool and die maker that has made molds and used presses I find this very old technology is finally coming to life.
    It’s all about money 😂😂 it was too expensive back when it was thought possible, now it’s cheaper to do than wages.

      Really? But we believe that it will be a new tech for giga press.

    This AI narration has been weighed, measured, and found wanting.

      Actually I found it rather convincing. Some of them are too mechanical, but they’re getting better. Wont be long before you can’t tell the difference.

      I think the biggest mistake is using the AI narration in the first place. What is wrong with paying somebody to narrate these? I am really put off by replacing humans, actually displacing humans for the sake of using a machine to do what we have always done.

    Worked with the Japanese in my job years ago. They are very good at copying what we do and are careful not to share what they are doing.Ex. Fuji xerox.

    Sorry Tesla Car World, the gigapress is not 'Tesla's proprietary machine'.
    As you said later in the video, it is the Idra Group's product!
    You need to re-check your lines before creating the vid!

    • @TeslaCarWorld
      @TeslaCarWorld  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Sorry if this makes you feel unsatisfied, maybe we didn't say it specifically, but we wanted to say that The IDRA giga press was first distributed to Tesla and Tesla exclusively owns this machine in the field of electric car production. Thanks for your suggestion !

  • @delhume2691

    What impact does this have on the ability to repair the vehicle after a collision damages the vehicle? Product serviceability for the customer needs to be a part of the total solution definition in balance with manufacturing optimization.

      You should know that if the chassis of an electric vehicle is welded together, it can easily break in the event of a collision. Giga press is much more efficient than ever, it will soon be upgraded and improved with new molds. Thank you

  • @SilverShadow2LWB
    @SilverShadow2LWB 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

    Tesla did not invent the Gigapress, nor the process of casting aluminum. As long as no rights have been violated, I hope that the entire industry can benefit from this technology. My only concern is how are they going to repair minor collision damage if the casting is fractured or bent? Is the car totaled or is it a repairable part of the car?

      @gary.richardson 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The innovative approach to reusable sand cast molds may mean smaller press on demand segments to precision laser cut and weld processes.
      There is also a rejuvenated old-school sheet metal repair technique that uses two opposing robotic arms to control forming, bending and metal thickness with high precision.

    Imitation is fine as long as it respects intellectual property. As Elon has said, the key is to innovate faster than the competition, not to innovate and wait for the competition to catch up.

    • @TeslaCarWorld
      @TeslaCarWorld  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      We agree with this point of view, Tesla will continuously upgrade technology and electric vehicles so other competitors will take a lot of time to catch up, but the problem is whether they really respect intellectual property when they say bad things about Tesla like VW, Thank you

    1:36 "According to reports from Re-uters?" - According to Wikipedia it is pronounced (ROY-terz)
    13:02 "Hyoondi?" It is pronounced - huhn-day. Or The official 'Hyun-day' pronunciation also reflects the Korean heritage highlighting a vital part of the manufacturer's identity.

    It is not novel if you are copying a techno;ogy. It is following Tesla. If youfollow, you never lead. Tesla does a cast in 90 seconds so the imitators are runing at half speed.
