This is very clear biblical thinking about money, generosity and child raising. God bless you two! I’ve wrestled with this some since I’ve retired. Living a lifestyle of frugality I’ve found I’ve saved far more money than we need. In the last few years I’ve bought some toys I never would have bought while working and raising kids. Some of them are still in the box unopened! Relative to what we give away the amounts are small, but still it shows me the hold materialism can have. These folks have thought very deeply about this and have gotten some real insight from God on it.
What a wonderful story and witness to us all on a better way of living as an apprentice of Jesus. Bless you both and your sweet family!!
Thank you, Theresa!
God bless you both :) the world needs more of your kind.
This was incredibly encouraging. Thank you.

Thank you, Doug! God bless you as well.
This was so good for me to hear, I thank you truly!
I'm not sure that being able to buy groceries and paying rent is actually poverty.....
