Nah she gets stomped. She still gets one touched and gong can only do so much against Zero projectiles + assists. Unless Zero is being stupid with lvl 3 buster those reflects aren't gonna lead to any real damage and he still only has to win neutral once. She can't reliably build meter to make use of her supers and her mobility is still so bad both characters can dance around her for free. Vergil with swords is close to a 10-0 match up against her. She's the worst character in the game for a reason.

Hsien-Ko's a weird character, she's got godlike normals and great tools but her mobility is so garbage that she gets written off. Ratio's a great way to spotlight her, but she still gets destroyed by characters that are fast or have high priority. I think the real highlight here is MadRobot00's Trish. Those anti-airs and button challenges were fantastic. I've always seen X-23 as a discount Phoenix. Give her 5 bars and Lv.3 XF and there's a good chance that any stray hit will convert to a W.

I don’t like PMVC3s complete removal of the buffs, and think there’s a sweet middle ground there for future tournaments. And i def take your meaning about a stacked Hsien-ko cause between the gold armor and repeatable super, she can quickly x an entire team.
@@AlexDanielski It actually wasn't about Hsien-ko! It was X-23. Basically any hit XF cancels into a kill, then you get a near-guaranteed Dirt Nap on most of the cast (pretty sure Sentinel and Phoenix are the only characters with a guaranteed escape) into kill combo on the last 2.

Hsien Ko assist has a glitch when the opponent is on the left side of the screen. She lets you teleport through your opponent if you dash when they block the assist in the corner.
If Hsien Ko can whore around at the top of the screen like Chun Li I'd say one of the dirtiest teams you can build is Hsien-Ko/Morrigan/Phoenix. Kind of like RyanLV lite
